Problem faced by Editorial TeamEditors of APAC 2007 came across following problems while processing papers-

A4 size paper printed on US size paper (1.79%): page setup was not as per JACoW format.

Font Problems (5.56%): Font size used in paper and authors list were not as per JACoW format.

Formatting problems (40.78%): Few papers were in single column format. Editors corrected

them to two column format with proper column width. Spacing in between paragraphs was not uniform. Paragraph indentation was not proper in many papers. Figure caption problem was very common. E.g. in place of

‘Figure’ many authors had written ‘Fig.’. Many times Editors made indentation proper. Sometimes it was not possible to change figure caption, so they were left as written by authors.

References section was not properly indented.

Slow graphics problem - 1.79%: Display of image was slow while processing papers.

Other miscellaneous problems – 20.44%: Number of pages for contributions was not as per limit. Invited papers were allowed to have maximum 5 pages and other papers were allowed maximum 3 pages.
