AP-SAND MINING & SALES MANAGEMENT –USER MANUAL

The Government of AP has taken a decision to allot the Sand Mining and Sale activity to

SHGs - organizations of rural poor women, keeping in view the inclusive growth. This will

enable Government to make sand available at affordable prices to all the concerned, plug

leakages of revenue, enhance income of government and prevent damages to rivers, streams

and environment. This will also empower the women and improve their incomes by profit

sharing.

Sand Order Placement:

This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to place an order

for Sand.

1. In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Rural Development services as depicted in

Figure 1.

2. Select Sand Order Placement Service in Rural Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3. Now Sand Order Placement Service Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4. Select District, system will automatically show the reaches with available stock as shown below.

5 .Enter the Customer details – Customer Name, Customer Mobile, Customer Proof, Customer Address

and Purpose of Sand and enter the sand Quantity required as depicted in figure 5.

Based on Selection of District, Mandal, Panchayat & Village Distance will be calculated from Sand order

Place.After quantity entered ,Total Price will be calculated as below

Total Price = (Sand Price* Quantity + Transportation Charges + Mee-Seva Charges)

6. After clicking on Pay Amount it will ask for the confirmation message to place an order as depicted in

figure 6.

7. On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure 13.

7. If you click on yes button sand order transaction will occur, Message and Receipt button will be

enabled for Printing Receipt as depicted in figure 7. And SMS will be sent to the respective Customer,

8. Receipt will be generated as depicted in figure 8.

8. Re-Print Receipts also provided for respective Mee-Seva Counter Login as depicted in figure 9.

For Re-printing of Receipt Click on the Customer ID , Receipt will again generate.
