ACT I Scene Setup:

-golf mat should be placed at door -hula hoop should be in front of Grimms desk

Scene Setup:-SR should be placed near the T-tubules with Tony ready to go still in the cheesecostume-actin should quickly put on some black representation-myosin should quickly put on some red representation as well as hats and meter sticks still for tropomyosin-Alice should be ready with the Monster poptab repleshment- Creatine Phosphate

[enter actin and myosin (opposite sides) with myosin and actin in some formation. Their bindingsite should be made pretty obvious... and awkward, but not extremely sexually awkward.[Tony in the SR gets zaped and quickly exits through the channel]Tony (Captain Calcium): Through this channel of despairity, I am finally free![Tony quickly attaches bones to the hats, in which they are put in some unusual fashionexposing the head]

[the actin and myosin will then form a cross bridge in which Alice (Creatine Phosphate) will thenreplenish ATP when ATPase splits ATP into ADP+Pi with the use of water in which will put themyosin head in a (this one is for you Ardi) COCKed postion. In this case, once the ADP+Pi isreleased (thrown to Alice in a very rude matter :D) the actin will be pushed by the myosin heads.REPEAT TILL AT THE CENTER.[Tony quickly exits and some bones will be pumped back into the SR]Actin and Myosin:Go to hell calcium. You didnt have to pump back in to the pouch and abandonall of your friends here you know? ACT III and HALVES Scene Setup:

-Leah should be ready as Lord VoldeMORTIS-Harry Potter should be ready (spells should be ready: FatGlucoseTransformationASE?-makes lots of sugar) (LiverTurnGlycogenIntoGlucoseASE?)-energy girl should be ready with the McDonalds Bag and the Liver Glucose, oxygenmolecule should be attatched-ATP is to be created by the glucose in which will be derived from the bag and liver.

[enter Harry Potter (Ardi) and Mitochondria(Alice)]

[Enter Harry Potter, Mitochondria w/o oxygen]Ardi: O Dumbledore so wise, you make the energy which allows me to thrust.Alice: Well, it is quite different without oxygen.Ardi: spell to form ATP w/o oxygen from glucose[Alice gives Ardi a monster, Ardi pours it on himself, and very little water comes out]Ardi: You call this an energy drink?[Alice attaches an oxygen to herself and then Ardi does the spell again. Alice hands Ardi theATP, and he pours it over himself and gets drenched in energy as he jumps up, etc]

[Enter Voldemort and the Death Eater and Harrys child (if we need more even roles)]Leah: Harry Potter, it is time for you to die.[Leah walks up to Harry Potter and touches her wand to his body]Death Eater: And hes dead![Rigor Voldemortis and the Death Eater attempt to pry the wand, but rigor mortis prevents themfrom doing so]

(short parts where ATP is needed)Ardi: spell, enzyme[Alice pulls out glucose]Ardi: another spell, enzyme[Alice pulls out a monster]

Concerns:MAKE SURE THE CLASS CAN SEE YOU PUTTING THE BALL, IF NOT, THEN MOVE THEMAT WAY IN FRONT SO THAT THE CLASS HAS AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING MAKE SURE TO TALK LOUD SO THAT THE MESSAGE IS VERY CLEAR. DURING ACTION POTENTIAL, MAKE SURE THAT ENOUGH SPACE AND QUICKMOVEMENT IS DONE. DURING THE MOVEMENTS OF ACTIN AND MYOSIN, THEY SHOULD BE MOVING INOPPOSITE DIRECTIONS FROM THEIR OPPOSITE SIDES. THE IDEAS SHOULD ALL BE CONNECTED. ARE THE ROLES EQUALLY ASSIGNED? TOMORROW 7AM NEAR GRIMMS ROOM
