- What: Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Demonstration project.

- Goal: “…to improve transportation services and simplify access to

employment, healthcare, education and other community

Focus: Designing a Travel Management Coordination Center (TMCC)

while leveraging Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

services via online platform and direct call center contact with these

capabilities allowing for data analysis of requests, services delivered

and areas of improvement notated.

- Live trip planning and route tracking in concert with comments,

service delivery, customer satisfaction and compliance with grant
