Your unconverted leads (both shared from Avon and from your own field activities) are an excellent source of invitations to “SAY YES TO AVON” events and activities in your area. Here is a list of ideas that you might use to reach out to them:
1. E-mail – although the LEAST effective, it is the quickest and least expensive method. Create a short group e-mail with a catchy subject line. Including a reason to ACT NOW is a great way to track the results of your efforts.

2. Telephone – more time consuming and expensive, yet more personal. You can do live reach out calls or consider a phone tree option like phonevite.com where you record a message and have it sent to the entire list.

We will be at [insert place] the weekend of [insert date] and [insert place] the weekend of [insert date]. Stop by to pick up a FREE brochure and sample of our new Totally Kissable Lipstick! 3. Postcard via US Mail – most expensive, but easiest to track results as the postcard acts as a coupon to bring and exchange for a gift. Add your contact information to the 4 postcards below and print on bright card stock.
4. In Person – a great back up plan when you have a cancellation or find yourself in the field with extra time. Stop by the address and leave an “Explore Avon” Envelope with a personal note.
