Phuket Property Direct currently allows real estate agents and property developers to list their properties for free. We will maintain this policy for as long as possible depending on the support we receive from the Phuket business community.

Our Featured Property module is an opportunity for advertisers to be seen by every visitor to the home page. It does not rotate and is constantly visible. It is accompanied by one other advertiser only, in a similar position, and is 'above the fold' so is visible without having to scroll down the page.

If the 'read more' text is clicked, the visitor is taken to the listed property and consequently to the advertiser's contact details. It is an opportunity to

capture visitors from a very visible position on the home page. The advertiser therefore has a constant presence on the home page leading potential customers back to their business.

The advertiser can choose to have a single property featured for the period of advertising that has been purchased, or rotate a new property, chosen by them, periodically.
