The 2018 State Convention is scheduled for January 15-17, 2018 at The Lodge at Deadwood in Dead-wood, South Dakota. This year’s event is going to be exciting experience! Co-hosts of this year’s event are the AGC Building Chapter, the AGC Highway-Heavy-Utilities Chapter, and the South Dakota Land Improvement Contractors Association. The convention planning committee is working diligently to de-velop a fun-filled and informative program for all.

Please accept this letter as your invitation to participate as an exhibitor at this year’s convention. This is a prime opportunity for you to personally meet with various contractors and to market your products and services.

The exhibitor fees for the 2018 convention include: 22 booths around the perimieter of the lobby. For members - $600 for an 8x10 booth and non-members - $800. The Deadline to register is December 1st!! The exhibitor fee will provide you with one and a half (1-1/2) days of exhibit time, access to all educa-tional seminars and includes tickets to all convention meal functions and outside activities for one (1) person. Additional booth workers who want to attend any events will need to fill out the Registra-tion form that will be mailed out at a later date.

The convention planning committee is excited about the upcoming convention. It promises to be filled with information on new industry related topics, products and services. It will also be an opportunity for exhibitors to acquire new customers and to renew old friendships around times of fun and fellowship. We truly hope that you will choose to exhibit with us this year. Enclosed is a contract for your consideration. Please do not wait – mail it in at your earliest convenience as space is limited. You will then receive addi-tional details pertaining to the exhibitor set-up time, etc. and the convention in general. We look forward to having you partner with us this year!

Contract Terms: A check in the amount of $600.00 (members) and $800.00 (non-members) payable to

the AGC/LICA Convention should accompany this exhibit contract. This contract is not valid until paid

in full. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first served basis. No refunds will be made for

space reserved and not used. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 16th

, 2017.

Due to the limited sleeping room, Exhibitors will get ONE guaranteed sleeping room at the Lodge per

booth sold. Other booth workers or company employees will need to wait for the event registration to

open to register and to reserve additional sleeping rooms through the AGC - Please see the back side of

the Registration Form for details.
