planning on holding the annual Mid Winter Dinner at 5:00 p.m. This will
be a catered affair and the cost is $8.00 per person. There is a sign up
sheet on the bulletin board so the committee can give the caterer a
head count. The committee is also exploring several avenues for
entertainment after the dinner. Come and join us for this time of
fellowship and good food. If you have any questions, ask a
committee member.

▪ COLLEGE STUDENT UPDATE & CARE PACKAGES: Congregational Life is
getting ready to start putting together care packages for our college
students. In order to do that, we need an updated list so Pastor Dave
can deliver the boxes. If you have a student in college please let
Norm Tanis know or call the office so we can get them on the list. Also
in the next few weeks we will be looking for donations to fill the boxes.
More details are coming soon.
▪ A NOTE OF CONCERN regarding member safety. If you see your
child or any child running in the fellowship hall after services or
playing in the balcony, please tell them to walk. On a few occasions
we have had elderly people knocked over as well as hot coffee
spilled. Also, children have been observed dangerously hanging
over the balcony.
▪ JOY GROUP will not be meeting for the month of January and
February and will resume in the month of March.
▪ CHARITABLE DONATION receipts for tax purposes are in your
member mailboxes. Please remember that these receipts are only
for the amount received in your offering envelopes during 2014.

separate donation letter. Please contact a deacon if you feel there
is a discrepancy. Thank you for your generous giving in 2014!
