Ghost Gi Can
Materials: Tin can (washed and dried) White spray paint Wiggle eyes Black permanent marker Bakers twine or ribbon Hole punch Hot glue and glue gun Gi items or candy to place in the
can Spray paint can white. Let dry. Hot glue wiggle eyes to can. Draw a spooky mouth with black permanent marker. Tie ribbon or twine around the can and a ach the tag. Fill can with gi items or candy.
You Are
Lantern Centerpiece
Materials: Lantern Fall leaves Sunflowers Fall floral picks Ba ery powered candle Floral wire Scissors 1. Arrange fall leaves and floral picks on top of lantern. Use floral wire to a ach
to lantern if necessary. Add sunflowers randomly un l your pleased with the effect.
2. Place candle inside lantern. Note: For a Christmas lantern — Fill lantern with Christmas ornaments. Tie a snowflake on top of lantern with ribbon.
Rake Scarecrow Door Decor
Materials: Plas c leaf rake Tan or ivory spray paint Silk fall leaves or leaf garland 2 large sunflowers Black cra foam Black chenille stems Hot glue gun and glue s cks Remove the handle from the rake and spray the rake. Let dry. Posi on the rake so that the back is up. Hot glue fall leaves or leaf garland to
the “fingers” of the rake to make the scarecrows hair. Using the picture as a guide, hot glue sunflowers onto the rake for eyes. Cut a 2 1/2 inch circle from black cra foam. Hot glue onto the scarecrow’s
face for a nose. Hot glue chenille stems onto the scarecrow’s face for a mouth.
Turkey Door
Materials: 2 white paper plate Black construc on paper yellow construc on paper (12” x 12”) Red construc on paper Scissors Poster pu y or double‐sided tape 1. Cut two 3” diameter circles from black construc on paper. 2. A ach to the center of the paper plates with poster pu y or double‐sided
tape. These will be the turkey’s eyes. 3. Fold yellow construc on paper in half, diagonally, to form a beak. 4. Using the picture as a guide, cut a wavy strip approximately six inches long,
from red construc on paper or cra foam for the turkey’s waddle. 5. Using the picture as a guide, a ach all pieces to your door using poster pu y
or double‐sided tape.
Reversible Scarecrow/Snowman
Materials: Piece of a pallet ( 31 1/2” x 20”) 2 boards from a pallet (27 1/2” x 1 1/2”) Wood paint: black, brown tan & white Medium size wood paintbrush Acrylic paint: black, orange, yellow, & white Small detail paint brush Embellishments (op onal): burlap or raffia bow, sunflower, snowflake, etc. 1. Nail a board, diagonally, approximately 5 1/2” from top of pallet on both
sides. Angle it le to right on one side and right to le on the other side. This will form a hat brim on both sides of pallet.
2. On the side of the pallet with the hat brim angled le to right, paint below the hat brim tan. Paint the hat brim and above the hat brim (the hat) brown. Let dry.
3. On the other side of the pallet paint below the hat brim white. Paint the hat brim and the hat black. Let dry.
4. Using the picture as a guide, paint the scarecrow face on the tan side of the pallet with acrylic paints. Let dry.
5. Using the picture as a guide, paint the snowman face on the white side of the pallet with acrylic paints. Let dry.
6. If desired, embellish the hats with bows, sunflowers, snowflakes, etc.
Mint Sugar Scrub
Materials: 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 1/2—2 cups sugar 1 tablespoon peppermint extract 1 drop green food coloring 1. Place coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on High 15‐25
seconds un l so ened. 2. Start by adding 1 1/2 cups sugar to the oil, along with the peppermint extract
and green food coloring. Mix un l ingredients are well combine and food coloring is evenly distributed. If mixture is too wet, add another 1/2 cup
sugar un l scrub is to desired consistency. 3. Spoon scrub into air‐ ght containers (such as a mason jar) and decorate with
twine or ribbon.
Toothpick Christmas Tree Tag
Materials: Gi tag or a piece of cardstock or cardboard Toothpicks Felt Scissors Cra glue Twine Single hole punch 1. If using cardstock, trace the pa ern provided and cut out gi tag. 2. Cut wooden toothpicks into different lengths, all approximately 1/2 inch long.
You want a li le varia on, but nothing over an inch long. 3. Cut out a star from felt or paper, whichever you prefer. 4. Start gluing the toothpicks onto the gi card in the shape of a tree. Start form
the bo om with the longest pieces. Don’t make it too uniform. 5. Punch a hole in the tag.
“Seasons Gree ng” Gi In A Jar
Materials: 2/3 cup fine sea salt 1/3 cup dried parsley 3 tablespoons paprika 3 tablespoons onion powder 3 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried rosemary 3 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper 1. Using a tablespoon, evenly divide the all‐
purpose seasoning mix among four 4‐ounce size mason jars. 2. Cut out holiday‐themed paper in circles the same size as the mason jar’s lid.
Then, place the paper on top of the lid and seal the jar with the ring. To make it even more fes ve, add a decora ve ribbon and gi tag. A few jingle bells also add to the fun and fes vi es! A ach the recipe card on the next page to each jar.
Holiday Hea ng Pad
Materials: 1 kitchen towel 1 bag of rice (not instant) scissors sewing machine 1. With right sides folded together (the 2 printed sides)
s tch on 2 sides. Turn inside out with the wide opening as shown.
2. Fill about 1/4 of the bag with rice. Sew the opening.
Personalized Picture Frame
Materials: Picture frame Wooden le er les Picture of your choice Hot glue gun and glue s cks 1. Create wording…some examples: forever friends, best buddies, etc. 2. Choose picture to place in picture frame. 3. Place le er les around picture frame. Use hot glue gun to secure les.
Personalized Snow Globe
Materials: Glass jar with lid and ring Picture of your choice Lamina ng sheets or a laminator White gli er Embellishments Hot glue gun and glue s cks 1 Clean recycled glass jar and two piece lid. Let dry. 2. Laminate desired picture. 3. Hot glue any objects you would like to add to your snow globe to the inside of
the lid (examples: aquarium rocks, snowman, Christmas tree). 4. Add water with a drop or two of glycerin (found in the pharmacy) to the jar. 5. Add white gli er for snow effect. You can also add sequins if desired. 6. Insert picture into jar upside down. 7. Tighten jar lid just enough so water does not leak out. Turn upside down and
you have your finished snow globe!
Snowman Ornament
Materials: Tongue Depressors Cra foam: black & orange Colorful Bu ons Ribbon or Fabric White Paint Black Sharpie 1. Paint tongue depressors white and let dry.
2. Cut out black top hat from foam and orange nose from foam.
3. Glue hat on top of tongue depressor.
4. Decide on ribbon or fabric for scarf and hanger. Cut desired length. Decide on 3 bu ons to be glued on tongue depressor.
5. Using sharpie, dot on eyes and mouth. Glue on nose, bu ons, scarf and hanger.
Santa Gi Holder
Materials: Clay Pot Red Paint Black Paint Washer 1. Paint clay pot red and let dry.
2. Paint rim black and let dry.
3. Glue washer to rim to make belt.
Snowman Hanger
Materials: Old cupcake pan Paint: red, white & pink Orange cra foam White/Black Sharpie Ribbon 1. Paint the bo om of the cupcake pan red. Paint the
muffin cups white.
2. Using a black sharpie, paint on faces. Using the picture as a guide, cut noses from orange cra foam. Add color to the cheeks with pink paint.
3. With white sharpie, write “Let It Snow” and draw snowflakes. Add a ribbon for a hanger.
Snowman Candy Dish
Materials: Small Tin Can White Paint Fabric or ribbon for scarf Black Sharpie Large Red Pompoms Wire ; scissors; hot glue gun and glue s cks Orange Foam
1. Paint can inside and out. Let dry. Using a nail, put a hole on each side of the
can for the handle. Cut wire and run through holes to make handle.
2. Cut nose from cra foam and glue on can. Using sharpie, paint on eyes and
mouth. Glue on red pompoms over the holes that wire is run through to
make ear muffs. Use cloth or ribbon to make a scarf.
Wooden Snowman Spoon
Materials: Wooden spoon White spray paint Permanent marker (orange and black) Scrap fabric for scarf 1. Spray paint spoon, let dry. 2. Draw on face with permanent markers. 3. Tie fabric around neck of spoon for scarf.
“We Whisk You A Merry Kissmas”
Materials: Whisk Candy kisses Card stock Ribbon Clear plas c wrap 1. Place kisses in the whisk. 2. Wrap whisk in plas c wrap. 3. Print “We Whisk You A Merry KISSmas” on to
cardstock. 4. A ach card with ribbon around handle.
Stable Ornament
Materials: 8 cra s cks Wooden start Glue gun and glue s cks Twine Scissors Stain (op onal) Cut cra s cks to the following measurements:
Cut 2 at 3 3/8‐ these are the sides Cut 2 at 3 7/8‐ theses ate the middle pieces Cut 2 at 3 1/4‐ these are the roof Leave 2 uncut‐ these are your floor and center wall
2. Glue the walls of the stable to the floor. To space them evenly, start with the outer walls, then middle and then the other middle.
3. Turn stable over. Glue your roof on. Hot glue star in place. 4. Hot glue twine to back of the ornament for hanging.
Paper Straw Necklace
Materials: 2 decora ve paper straws 35” or longer shoelace Metallic pony beads or metallic star beads Scissors Ruler 1. Cut two straws into small pieces (1 to 1 1/2”). Reshape each straw bead with
fingers so that the opening is larger. 2. String a straw bead onto shoelace. Add a metallic bead. Alternate un l
you’ve used all of your paper straw beads. 3. Tie shoelace ends in a knot. Move beads around to loosen up.
Star Ornament
Materials Three squares of Christmas fabric – 4” One bu on Sisal rope, yarn or embroidery floss for hanger Needle and thread for hand‐sewing Op onal… rotary cu er with curvy cut blade or pinking shears Fold each square into a triangle then again into a smaller triangle. Press with
iron. If desired, cut the raw edge with curvy rotary cu er, or pinking shears. Layer the three triangles as shown in the photo below. S tch bu on in the center of the star. Take care to s tch through all layers of
the star. Hand s tch the hanger at the top point of the star. S tch with a running s tch around the outside edges of the star.

Crazy Patch Bookmark
Materials Felt cut to bookmark size (approximately 2 ½” X 6”) Scraps of fabric Muslin (cut ¼” smaller than the felt pieces) Hand sewing needle and thread to match scraps One bu on Two small wooden spools (or two charms) Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies Yarn, embroidery floss, narrow ribbon for bookmark “tassel” 1. Use scraps of fabric to piece together a crazy patch strip the same size of the
felt piece. Sew the piece of muslin to the back of the crazy patch. Leave the bo om un‐sewn for turning.
2. Turn the piece right side out and press. Turn the un‐sewn edge ¼” under. 3. Pin the crazy patch piece to the felt. The felt should be ¼” larger around all
edges. 4. S tch to the felt using a zigzag or decora ve s tch. If desired, add addi onal
s tches. 5. Hand s tch the yarn “tassel” to the top of the bookmark. S tch the bu on
over the ends of the tassel.

Paper Straw Ornaments
Materials: Decora ve paper straws (2 iden cal for trunk; different ones for tree) Hot glue gun & glue s cks Star s cker Bakers twine Scissors Decora ve stones 1. Choose two straws to make the back and trunk of the tree. Using hot glue,
glue the two straws together. 2. Cut the straws as follows: 1/2 inch 1 inch 1 1/4 inches 1 1/2 inches 1 3/4 inches 2 inches 2 1/4 inches 2 1/2 inches 2 3/4 inches 3 inches 3. Star ng at the top of the tree and with the smallest piece of straw, glue all into place. 4. Trim off the excess straws at the bo om, leaving enough for the trunk at the bo om. 5. Glue star to the top of the tree. 6. Embellish with stones, if desired. 7. Cut a length of bakers twine and glue to back for a hanger.
Pop Can Snowman
Materials: Can of pop (12 oz. or smaller 7 oz.) White copy paper Clear tape Small sock Scissors Twine Hot glue gun and glue s cks Black paint Small paint brush Skewer Co on swab Blush Orange pipe cleaner or orange cardstock Embellishments, as desired 1. Cut the copy paper to the size of the height of the pop can. Tape one end of
the paper to can and wrap around securing with tape at the end. 2. For smaller cans: Cut the sock right below the heel. Then cut about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch sec on off. This will make the sweater. The rest will be the hat. For normal size cans: Cut the sock right below the heel. Use everything above the heel for the sweater and everything below the heel for the hat. 3. Place the sweater onto the can. Hot glue into place. 4. Place the hat onto the top of the can. Hot glue into place. 5. Using the picture as a guide, e some twine around the of the hat and e
some thinner jute like twine around the sweater. 6. Cut a triangular shape nose from orange cra foam or cardstock. Glue on
nose. Dot on the eyes with black paint, using the handle on the paintbrush. Add blush to the cheeks with a co on swab.
7. Add embellishments, as desired.
Sock Snowman
Materials: 1 white sock 1 1/2 cups of rice Two 1‐inch with pom poms Adhesive‐backed orange felt Adhesive‐backed black felt Googly eyes (1 cm in diameter) 3 clear hair elas c bands, medium Hot glue gun and glue s cks 1. Pour 3/4 cup rice into the bo om of the sock and
squeeze and shake it down un l you have the shape you want for the bo om of the snowman. Make sure that the top of the sock is centered in the mid‐dle.
2. Using a clear hair band, secure the sock ghtly just above the rice. 3. Pour 1/8 cup rice into sock and squeeze and shake down the rice, un l you
have the shape you want for the middle of the snowman. Secure with a hair band.
4. Pour 1/2 cup rice into the sock and squeeze and shake down the rice. Shape the head so that it is taller than it is wide and secure with a hair band.
5. Star ng where the middle sec on touches the bo om sec on, secure the ball with hot glue so that the snowman retains his shape. Repeat where the head and middle ball touch.
6. Using the pa erns, cut the mouth, arms, bu ons, eyebrows and hair from black felt and the nose from orange felt.
7. Peel the backing off the mouth and s ck to the snowman’s face. Peel the backing off the bu ons, one at a me, and s ck to the snowman’s body. S ck hair piece in place at the bo om of the clear hair band.
8. Remove the backing off the orange felt nose and s ck to snowman’s face. Hot glue googly eyes in place.
9. Peel backing off the eyebrows and s ck into place above eyes.
10. Peel backing off of the arms and s ck into place. Hot glue white pom poms to the bo om of the snowman, in front, for feet.
Note: to make sure the adhesive pieces s ck permanently, you might want to hot glue them a er
Washi Tape Bows
Materials: Metallic or gli er washi tape Scrapbook paper of your choice (12”x12”) (this will be the bows “lining”) Paper trimmer (you can also use ruler and scissors) Hot glue gun and glue s cks Scissors 1. Turn the scrapbook paper over so that the side you want to show in the bow’s
“lining” is facing down. Then cover the en re back of the paper with tape. Trim off the excess with scissors.
2. Cut the tape covered paper into 5/8” strips. 3. Hold one side of one strip while sliding the strip between two fingers on your
other hand. This so ens the paper to make it curve instead of crease when you bend it. Repeat with each strip.
4. Take one strip and bend it into a figure 8, keeping the tape on the outside and the paper on the inside of the loops. Tuck the 2 ends behind and hot glue in place. Repeat with 3 more strips so that you have a total of 4 sets of figure 8’s made with 12” long strips.
5. Stack the 4 strips on top of each other and hot glue in place. 6. Take two more strips and trim them down to 8” long. Bend them into figure
8’s. Hot glue in place. Then stack them on top of each other and glue together. 7. Take another strip, and trim to 3” long. Make a loop with it and glue onto the
center of the bow. 8. Place the smaller set of figure 8’s on top of the large set of figure 8’s and glue
together.
My Favorite Slime
Materials: White glue (washable works best but anything is ok) Liquid starch Water Measuring cup 2 bowls and a spoon Yellow food color Jelly jar Aluminum foil Construc on paper: black and blue Large googly eye Transparent tape Hot glue gun and glue s cks For Slime: 1. In a one bowl, mix 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of glue. Mix thoroughly. 2. Add 10 drops of yellow food color. Mix thoroughly. 3. In another bowl measure out 1/2 cup of liquid starch. 4. Slowly mix the glue/water mixture into the starch with a spoon, making sure
to get all the glue out of the bowl. 5. Mix with your hands for a few minutes. Place into jelly jar. To decorate jar: 1. Cut an inch wide strip of black construc on paper long enough to wrap
around the jar. Wrap around top of jar and tape into place. 2. Cut a 2 1/2 inch wide strip of blue construc on paper long enough to wrap
around the jar. Wrap around the bo om of the jar and tape into place. 3. Using the picture as a guide, wrap the back of the googly eye in aluminum
foil. Glue into place onto the middle of the black strip.
Star Wreath
Materials: Pa erned paper Scoring tool (bone folder, stylus or scoring board) Hot glue gun and glue s cks Wreath form (cardboard or Styrofoam) Ribbon for a hanger Ribbon for a bow (if desired) Embellishments 1. Using pa ern or a large star punch, cut out 20 stars.
You can just cut one size or use both sizes. 2. Score a line from the top of each point straight down to the inside of the
point. Repeat for each of the five points. 3. Fold on each line — first fold each line with the backs of the paper together;
then fold the short lines between points in the opposite direc on to give the star dimension.
4. Repeat this for all stars. 5. Embellish as desired. Sugges ons: bu ons or stones in the center of the
stars. 6. Hot glue stars on the wreath, overlapping so that your wreath form doesn’t
show. 7. Hot glue a ribbon hanger onto the back of the wreath. Hot glue a bow onto
the hanger, if desired.
Christmas Tea Tree
Materials: Styrofoam cones Individually wrapped tea bags Glue gun with glue s cks Short round cylinder or paper mache box for
the tree trunk Wooden star for top of tree Rice, op onal (to weigh down box) 1. Glue tea bags star ng at the base of the cone. Place a thin line of hot glue
along the upper edge of the back of a tea bag, then a ach it to the cone. Hold the tea bag in place un l the glue sets.
2. When you glue the next tea bag, slightly overlap it over the one that was just glued so that you cover the Styrofoam cone underneath. Finish the bo om row before moving up. Repeat the gluing process un l you reach the top.
3. A ach the top of the paper mache box to the base of the cone using hot glue. Add some rice in the bo om half of the box to serve as weight, then use glue to seal the top piece of the paper mache box to the bo om piece to create the tree trunk.
Christmas Solar Light
Materials: Solar path light Wide‐mouth elegant drinking glass or vase Glass rocks 1. Place rocks into the glass or vase. 2. Remove the stem of the solar light. Place in the glass, nes ng the bo om into
the glass rocks. 3. Place the light in the window during the day to charge it, then enjoy the so
glow a er dark.
Recipe Book
Materials: Journal notebook Wooden spoon Ribbon or Bakers twine Painters’ tape Scrapbook paper: one sheet to cover notebook; a coordina ng sheet for tabs Paint to coordinate with scrapbook paper Paint brush Hole punch Circle punch or template 1. Wrap tape around the handle of the wooden spoon. You can wrap tape in
such a way as to make the stripes you are going to paint as wide as you want. 2. Paint the open areas between paint strips. Let dry. Remove the tape. 3. Punch out or draw circles from the scrapbook paper you chose for your tabs.
Fold them in half. 4. Divide your notebook into sec ons for different types of recipes (ex. Main
dishes, desserts, soups, salads, etc.). Using the picture as a guide, glue a folded circle onto the first page in each sec on. 5. Cover the outside of the notebook with scrapbook paper of your choice. 6. Punch two holes near the binding. Thread ribbon or bakers twine through
the holes and e around wooden spoon. Note: You could also use a three‐ring binder with a window on the front. Insert scrapbook paper into the window on the front to create a cover. Add page protector sheets inside for your recipes.
Bow Ornament
Materials: Small to medium size round Christmas ornament Mini gi bows Ribbon for hanger 1. Star ng at the top of the ornament, pull the paper
backing off a mini gi bow and s ck onto the ornament. 2. Repeat un l the ornament is covered. 3. Thread ribbon thru the top of the ornament for a hanger.
Sparkly Ornament
Materials: Small round ornament Cra crystals or jewels Hot glue gun and glue s cks Completely cover the ornament with crystals or jewels using hot glue.
Holiday Headband
Materials: Plas c headband Gli er chenille stems (your choice of two colors) Using one chenille stem of each color, wrap two chenille stems around the headband. Repeat un l headband is covered. Leave 1/2” on both ends of headband uncovered so that it doesn’t irritate the wearer.
Reindeer Candy Jar
Materials: Canning jar Glass candles ck holder Brown spray paint Brown chenille stem Googly eyes Red pom pom Industrial strength glue Hot glue gun and glue s cks Pencil Spray paint the canning jar, ring part of the lid and candles ck holder. Let dry. Twist the brown pipe cleaner around the pencil, curling each end. This will be
your antlers. Glue the canning jar to the candles ck using industrial strength glue. Let dry. Screw the ring part of the lid onto the canning jar. Hot glue the pipe cleaner antlers to the back of the lid. Hot glue wiggle eyes and red pom pom to the front of the canning jar to the
reindeer’s face.
Cupcake Stand
Materials: Small saucer Cup to match saucer Industrial strength glue Turn cup upside down. Apply industrial strength glue to the bo om of the cup. A ach the bo om of the saucer to the bo om of the
cup. Let dry.
Crocheted Snowflakes
Materials: Size H or I crochet hook Yarn or crochet thread Make a slip know onto your hook. Chain 4. Join into 1st chain with a slip s tch to form a circle. Chain 4 (this counts as a half double crochet); chain 2. Now working out of
the center of the circle, half double crochet, chain 2, five mes. Join to the 2nd chain your ini al chain 4 to form a wheel with 6 spokes. You are now going to be working of the 6 spaces of your “wheel”. To begin,
slip s tch into the first space to the le of your hook. Chain 3, slip s tch into same space. Chain 5, slip s tch into the same space.
You should have finished the first of your snowflake clusters. Chain 1 (this carries you to the next space); slip s tch into the next space.
Chain 3, slip s tch, chain 5, slip s tch, chain 3 slip s tch. Repeat step 7 four more mes. Chain 1 and slip s tch into the very first slip s tch of this round. You can now fasten off or add a bell to the center of one of your snowflake
clusters. To add a bell: Chain 3, slip s tch. Chain 3 and pull to make a loose s tch. Re‐
move the hook from your work and slip the yarn thru the bell. Place your hook back into your work. Chain 2, slip s tch. Chain 3, slip s tch. Finish off.
Block the snowflakes by stretching into the desired shape and pinning them to a foam board or cardboard. If you would like for them to be s ff, coat with a light coa ng of clear cra glue. Let dry.
Add thread or fishing line thru the middle of the top of the snowflake as a hanger.
Snowman Popcorn Cup
Materials: 16 oz. clear plas c cup Permanent markers: black and orange Small piece of ribbon or fabric Popcorn Make face by drawing eyes and mouth with black
permanent marker and nose with orange permanent marker.
Tie ribbon under mouth as a scarf. Draw bu ons down the front of cup below scarf with
black permanent marker. 4. Fill with popcorn.
Gli ery Centerpiece
Materials: Large bubble bowl Christmas ornaments Christmas picks and flowers Ribbon Place Christmas ornaments into bubble bowl. Arrange Christmas picks and flowers in the top of the
bowl. Make bow from ribbon and place into bowl.
Burlap Poinse a
Materials: Burlap Hot glue gun and glue s cks Ar ficial holly berries Bakers twine or ribbon 1. Using the pa ern provided, cut out 6
leaves from the burlap. 2. Pinch each leaf in the middle and apply a small dot of hot glue to secure. 3. Fold the leaf in half and again apply a small dot of hot glue to secure. 4. Repeat the process with the other leaves. 5. Using hot glue, a ach three of the folded leaves together to form a flower. 6. Repeat the process the process with the other three folded leaves to form another flower. 7. Using hot glue, glue the back side of one flower to the back side of the other
flower. 8. Cut three holly berries and hot glue to the center of each flower. 9. Cut a piece of twine or ribbon for a hanger and glue this down between the
two flowers, burying it between the petals.
Wine Bo le Snowman
Materials: Wine bo le White spray paint Acrylic paint: orange and black Paint brush Black bu ons Small wiggle eyes Toothpick Finger from one glove Yarn or ribbon to match glove Raffia Blush Hot glue gun and glue s cks Small embellishment, op onal 1. Spray paint bo le white. Let dry. 2. Paint end of toothpick with orange paint. Let dry. 3. Place finger of glove over top of bo le for hat. Tie a bow about one inch from
top of glove with raffia. 4. A ach wiggle eyes & nose to snowman face. 5. Dot paint a mouth with black acrylic paint. Let dry. Apply blush to cheeks. 6. Wrap yarn or ribbon around neck for a scarf. 7. Hot glue black bu ons down the front of the wine bo le. 8. Add embellishments to hat, if desired.
Candle Snowmen
Materials: White pillar candles Permanent markers: black and orange Using the picture as a guide, draw a snowman face on each candle. Use orange permanent marker for the nose and black permanent for all other facial features.
Snowman Jar
Materials: Canning jar White yarn Bu ons Felt or ribbon Hot glue gun and glue s cks Tealight candle Scissors Using a glue gun, place a ring of glue around the bo om of the mason jar. Place yarn against the glue ring. Wrap yarn around the jar ghtly. Do not
pull ght enough to bunch yarn. Stop at the center of the jar and cut yarn. Glue the end to the back center of
the jar. Using the glue gun, place a ring of glue around the top of the jar. Press a new
piece of yarn against this ring of glue. Con nue to wrap yarn around the jar ghtly un l it meets the piece of yarn you glued previously.
Cut yarn and glue this end to the back center of the jar. Glue bu ons to the front of the jar. Wrap felt or ribbon around the top of the jar for scarf. Glue to the top of the
jar. Place tealight candle into the jar.
Christmas Scene In a Jar
Materials: Canning jar Imita on snow Small, light weight items for scene: (Christmas tree, snowman, small house, etc.) Remove the lid and fill jar with a few inches of imita on snow. Carefully add your small items. Items need to be light weight or they will sink
into the snow.
Mini Spa Gi Jar
Materials: Canning jar Cardstock Ribbon for bow Pampering items: fuzzy socks, nail polish, emery board, chocolates, etc. Place all items in jar. Screw on lid. Add a ribbon bow and a ach the tag to jar. (You could add an alternate tag
that reads “Pampering In A Jar” or “Mini Spa In A Jar”)
Reindeer Gi
Materials: Lip gloss in a oval, red plas c container or red rubber ball Cra knife; scissors; glue Foam board Pa ern on the next page Cut around the edge of the tag with scissors. Glue tag onto foam board. Cut out nose from tag and foam board with cra knife. Insert lip gloss or rubber ball.

Infinity Scarf
Materials: 1 yard of fabric Thread to match Sewing machine Scissors You will basically be making a long tube. Fold your fabric in half so that you
have the longest length possible. Cut down the middle of the fold so that you have two long strips. With the right sides of the fabric facing together, straight s tch the two long
strips together at one end. Fold down the ends of the fabric and straight s tch across so that you have
two finished ends. Fold the fabric in half one more me‐inside out– so that your strip is skinnier.
Straight s tch down the open side to complete your fabric tube. Turn the fabric right side out and s tch up the two ends of the tube so that
you now have a circle.
“Dough” Money Gi
Materials: New pizza box Money & several quarters Glue dots Gi bow Fan money out and place in a overlapping circle in the bo om of the pizza box. Use glue dots to hold money in place. Sca er several quarters around on top of money. A ach with glue dots. Place gi bow in center of circle. Glue a tag to the top of pizza box that reads “One cannot live on pizza alone. . . you also need a li le “dough”.
Fabric Box
Materials: 2 — 10” squared of coordina ng fabric 1 — 11” square of co on ba ng Coordina ng thread Sewing machine Walking foot Bu ons Fabric pen or chalk pencil Step 1: Layer the fabric right sides together on top of ba ng Step 2: S tch 1/4” seam allowance around perimeter, leaving an opening about 4” on one side for turning. Step 3: Trim away the ba ng from the seam allowance to reduce the bulk. Trim as close to the s tching line as you can without clipping the seam. Step 4: Turn right side out and press. Step 5: Top s tch close to the edge, closing the opening as you go. Step 6: Quilt as desired. The seamstress who made the sample kept going around and s tching consecu ve squares. Step 7: Fold the quilted square in half right sides together. Mark a 1 1/2” line from the corner with the fold (you can alter this dimension). S tch the two bo om corners (be sure to backs tch at beginning and end). Step 8: Open it up and fold it in the other direc on, marking and s tching the remaining two corners. Step 9: Turn the box right side out. Step 10: Fold inside flaps in and tack down. Step 11: Fold down points and s tch on some cute bu ons.
Tulle Snowman Wreath
Materials: White rounded wreath White tulle Red and white striped ribbon Black felt Christmas sign Large black bu on 2 small jewels for embellishment Scissors & ruler Hot glue gun and glue s cks 1. Cut tulle into 15” pieces. 2. Tie one strip in an overhand knot around the wreath. Con nue around the
wreath tying the tulle. Scrunch tulle pieces ghtly together to cover the wreath form beneath.
3. Using the pa ern below, cut the shoes from black felt. If you wish, you could cut part of the bo om of the shoe out to make a small heel.
4. Cut two pieces of red striped ribbon, approximately 6” long for the legs. 5. Using picture as a guide, glue ribbon onto the back of the wreath at the
bo om for legs. 6. Glue felt shoes onto the ends of the ribbon. 7. Glue large black bu on on the wreath at the bo om, between the ribbon
legs. 8. Fashion two small bows from tulle. Glue onto the tops of the shoes. 9. Glue Christmas sign in the middle of the wreath.
