L’attenzione all’ambiente caratterizza Merlino fi n dalla sua nascita ed è con il tempo diventato uno dei segni distintivi dell’azienda che garantisce un ciclo produttivo a basso impatto ambientale.

Gli alberi, sono il futuro del nostro pianeta come lo sono i bambini delle scuole che Merlino arreda. Le caratteristiche specifi che del multistrato di betulla e la sua elevata resistenza ne permettono l’utilizzo in spessori inferiori alla media e quindi con un impiego limitato di materia prima; la sua robustezza e inalterabilità danno luogo a prodotti durevoli con grande vantaggio per l’utenza e per l’ambiente. Tutti gli elementi di scarto delle lavorazioni vengono recuperati e riciclati.

Essere eco-sostenibili non vuol dire solo utilizzare materiali riciclati o riciclabili, ma signifi ca progett are la durata. Sappiamo benissimo di essere in contro tendenza rispett o all’inclinazione moderna di prodott i usa e gett a dove molte volte la qualità ha lasciato il posto alla convenienza economica. Chi acquista un nostro prodott o fa un investimento a lungo termine contribuendo att ivamente alla salvaguardia delle nostro pianeta.

The attention to the environment has characterized Merlino since its inception and has over time become one of the distinguishing marks of the company that guarantees a production cycle with low environmental impact.

Trees are the future of our planet as are the children of schools that Merlin furnishes. The specifi c characteristics of the birch plywood and its high resistance allow it to be used in thicknesses below the average and therefore with a limited use of raw material; its strength and inalterability give rise to durable products with great advantage for users and the environment. All the waste elements of the processes are recovered and recycled.

Being eco-friendly does not mean just using recycled or recyclable materials, but it means planning the duration. We know very well that we are in reverse trend compared to the modern inclination of disposable products where quality has oft en given way to economic convenience. Those who buy one of our products make a long-term investment by actively contributing to the preservation of our planet.

NORME E CERTIFICAZIONI STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Tutti gli articoli prodotti da Merlino rispettano la normativa UNI di riferimento disponibile sui mobili scolastici (UNI 7713); l’azienda, fa riferimento all’Istituto per le Certifi cazioni di Sicurezza Tedesco TUV e l’Istituto Italiano Sicurezza Giocatt oli.

Di tutti i prodotti, anche di quelli realizzati su misura, vengono conservate in banca dati digitale, tutte le informazioni per riprodurre eventuali integrazioni o pezzi di ricambio degli elementi consegnati e consentire nel tempo la loro manutenzione o sostituzione.

Le misure degli arredi Merlino rispett ano la naturale ergonomia del bambino, con particolare riguardo alla posizione di maniglie e cassetti; tavoli e sedie sono dimensionati per rispettare le principali fasce di età dello sviluppo del bambino dai 4 mesi fi no agli 8 anni.

Per i cassetti è previsto un blocco antiestrazione accidentale. Anche i ripiani sono dotati di supporti anti-estrazione realizzati in metallo con due componenti ad incastro con bloccaggio anti-sollevamento. Le ante possono essere dotate di maniglie e pomoli oppure possono essere completamente lisce senza sporgenze con una speciale sagomatura che ne facilita la presa per l’apertura.

Tutti i bordi sono dotati di un raggio di curvatura non inferiore a 4 mm. Le ante sono in luce della struttura, senza spigoli e con bordi sferici arrotondati anti-trauma con raggiatura di 10 mm. sugli angoli. Anche le parti che compongono il mobile hanno tutti i bordi a vista arrotondati e spigoli sferici anti-trauma. Per i mobili del gioco simbolico, le ante sono prespaziate per l’anti-schiacciamento e dotate di speciali cerniere a rallentamento fi nale della chiusura.

All the articles produced by Merlino comply with the UNI reference standard available on school furniture (UNI 7713); the company refers to the German TUV Institute for Security Certifi cations and the Italian Toy Safety Institute.

All the products, even those tailor made, are stored in the digital database, all the information to reproduce any additions or spare parts of the items delivered and allow over time their maintenance or replacement.

The measures of Merlino furnishings respect the natural ergonomics of the child, with particular regard to the position of handles and drawers; tables and chairs are sized to meet the main age groups of child development from 4 months up to 8 years.

For the drawers there is an accidental anti-extraction block. Even the shelves are equipped with anti-extraction supports made of metal with two interlocking components with anti-lifting locking. The doors can be equipped with handles and knobs or can be completely smooth without protrusions with a special shape that facilitates the grip for opening.

All edges have a radius of curvature of not less than 4 mm. The doors are in the light of the structure, without edges and with rounded, antitrauma spherical edges with a 10 mm radius. on the corners. Even the parts that make up the cabinet have all the rounded edges and spherical anti-trauma edges. For the furniture of the symbolic game, the doors are pre-arranged for anti-crushing and equipped with special hinges with a fi nal slowing down of the closure.

L’intero sistema è stato concepito a moduli assemblabili attraverso un apposito sistema di giunzione.Il percorso completo si compone di: moduli verticali (specchio deformante concavo e convesso, specchio planare, pannello fi ori sensoriali); pedane a terra (metallo, sughero, piastrella sensoriale, stoccaggio) ; tana luci e ombre. Nella sua interezza il percorso disegna un centro di stimolazioni multisensoriale che unisce all’attività psicomotoria anche la possibilità di innescare dinamiche di imitazione e rappresentazione.

The entire system has been conceived as modules that can be assembled using a special joining system. The complete path consists of: vertical modules (concave and convex deforming mirror, planar mirror, sensory fl ower panel); fl oorboards (metal, cork, sensory tile, storage); lair lights and shadows.In its entirety, the path draws a multisensory stimulation center that combines psychomotor activity with the possibility of triggering imitation and representation dynamics.
