BIO Kevin Brady is Of Counsel at Redgrave LLP, a law firm that focuses on Information Law, which includes information governance, records and information management, data protection and privacy issues, as well as the discovery of electronically stored information. Kevin also focuses his practice on providing advice and counsel on electronic discovery, electronic information management, data privacy, and data security issues. In addition to serving as an expert witness, Kevin advises a wide variety of companies on records retention and information governance programs, compliance with eDiscovery demands, as well as the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the deployment of technology solutions. Kevin lectures and publishes extensively in the areas of eDiscovery, records management, data privacy, data security, attorney competence and legal ethics. Kevin serves as Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group WG1 on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production. In addition, he serves as Co-Chair of the Georgetown University Law Center’s Advisory Board for the Advanced E-Discovery Institute and the E-Discovery Academy. Kevin also serves as Co-Chair of the Delaware Supreme Court’s Commission on Law and Technology. He also serves on BNA Board of Advisors of Digital Discovery and Electronic Evidence, and is a member of the Ad Hoc Committee for Electronic Discovery of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Kevin is a founding member of the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court, Wilmington, Delaware. Kevin received a J.D. from Widener University School of Law (magna cum laude), an M.B.A. from Widener University, and a B.A. from the University of Delaware.

Brian Legum 

Brian Legum is a bilingual attorney at Kimmel Carter, the largest firm in Delaware exclusively dedicated to personal injury and workers’ compensation. With over 190 years of combined experience, Kimmel Carter's legal team has served personal injury plaintiffs and workers' compensation claimants for almost 45 years.  

Representing Spanish‐speaking clients, including victims of car accidents, work injuries, wrongful death and nursing home neglect, Brian is highly respected within the Latino community in Delaware, and he values the opportunity he has to guide clients through the legal process who might otherwise feel helpless following an accident due to a language barrier.   

A member of the Supreme Court of Delaware Commission on Law and Technology, Brian is also an lectures on the role of smartphones and other technology in the legal field, and has given a seminar on social media and the law for CLE credit at the Bifferato Trial Practice Forum.  

Brian received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law and his B.A. in Economics and Spanish Language/Literature from Columbia University. Before attending law school, he had a successful career as a real estate broker in New York, and his leadership experience in real estate has helped him to become an asset as a Kimmel Carter associate.
