How can a consultant(Individual or company ) participate in menschForce ?

1. Every Independent Member consultant ( an individual or vendor organization) registered as part of Menschforce is a share-holding member consultant.

2. A member consultant can bid on either Type B(Time & Material) and Type C(Finished Product). The project size will not be restricted for bidding. But the selection of the consultant is purely based on client and Account Owner’s requirements and qualification process set forth for the specific engagement.

4. The Consultant membership to the menschForce consortium is done through membership fee only. A life time fee of $4000 has to be paid for the membership.

5. Every Consultant member will be allocate with 15,000 digital assets upon joining the consortium free of cost.

6. Additional digital Assets can be purchased through an accredited investor (menschforce can recommend some accredited investor for you). If the consultant could qualify as an Accredited Investor ( as per the definition of SEC), then the Independent consultant can buy directly.

7. These digital Assets are easily tradable within the menschForce Consortium to other members including menschForce LLC. Additionally, a member can sell the digital Assets worth up to $1500 after Six months. ** This buy back is only applicable for the DAs allocated to members when they joined the membership program.


What is my exit strategy as an Investor?
