Welcome to the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) Mid-Year Doctoral Colloquium 2018, hosted by the Department of Marketing, Deakin University.

This colloquium provides an opportunity for doctoral students at various stages of their studies to present their work and to receive constructive feedback from world-class marketing scholars.

This year we have the privilege of welcoming interstate and international doctoral students to present on topics in several different domains, including consumer behaviour, services marketing, and integrated marketing communication. We invited track chairs with expertise in these areas to provide feedback to all presenters. It is our sincere hope that every presenter will be able to use this constructive feedback received during the colloquium to further develop their research and turn it into demonstrable publication outcomes in high-impact journals.

The co-chairs would like to thank the ANZMAC Executive for their leadership and support in promoting the Colloquium. Our sincere thanks also to Laura-Kaye Smith for all of her expert assistance in co-ordinating this event. Finally, we would like to thank the workshop facilitator, track chairs and anonymous reviewers for all of their excellent contributions, which are greatly appreciated.
