The following changes came into effect from 1 July 20181 The maximum rebate is $6302 The income threshold has increased from $24790 to $25180 (The additional income allowance for dependants remains at $500 per dependant)If you earned more than $25180 for the 20172018 tax year you could still be eligible Please contact the Council for more informationRates rebate application forms are available from Council or from wwwratesrebatesgovtnz
