Duties Projects (Erection & Commissioning)
1) Supervision of Erection and Commissioning of R.O. (REVERSE OSMOSIS), D.M. PLANT,Raw Water Distribution System, Fire Fighting System lines for entire plant.
2) Study the scope work and perform a detail review of manpower, material, equipment, technicalspecification.
3) Review and proper implementation of approved engineering drawings (P & I, Piping supportdrawing) and conducting the site inspection to assure the approved drawing in effectivelyimplemented and provides assistance to the ongoing project.
4) Coordinating/follow up the requirements of the project such as manpower, tools & equipments,machineries, balance of plant materials and prepare work schedule based on project activity.
5) Technical, safety and other meetings with the vendors/suppliers and subcontractors.
6) Responsible for preparation and submission of daily progress report to the higher authority.
7) Responsible for pending material follow-up with vendors/sub-vendors.
8) Responsible for job verification, billing of contractors/vendors.
C:Field Service Chemist: Worked as a field service chemist from June 05 to 20 Dec 06 with M/sIon- ExchangeInd. Ltd, Naraina, New Delhi.
