Smoth tannins finish. Sangiovese – Di Lusso 9 42 Mudgee – NSW (Australia) Sangiovese has been produced in Mudgee for over 30 years. It is light ruby red in colour, quite aromatic, with lifted cherry alongside the typical savoury aromas of thyme, rosemary and aniseed. Sangiovese is well known as a wine for simple meats, wheather by way of a lamb cutlet or red sauce pasta like Bolognese. Primitivo di Manduria Dop - Lirica - 45 Manduria (Ta) – Puglia (Italy) Dry, warm, soft and persistent, with good tannins, it recalls the olfactory sensations with red pulp fruits and light wooden notes in the nose. Lacryma Christi Rosso Doc – Mastroberardino 10 49 Pompei (Na) – Campania (Italy) These vineyards are situated on the western side of the Vesuvius volcano and grow in a perfect climate and a rich volcanic soil that makes this wine unique. Deep ruby with cherry, plum, raspberry and strawberry aromas, supported by spiced notes of pepper and cloves, well structured and smooth, it has fine tannins and a background of fruits and spices

Nerello Mascalese – Nero D’Avola Doc – Cellaro 10 54 Sambuca di Sicilia – Sicilia (Italy) Nerello Mascalese is the uniquely aromatic grape that makes up the main part of Etna red wines. Deep ruby red, the arome is full of red fruits and hints of spice, with a pleasant balsamic note. It matches perfectly with cured meats and aged cheese and rich dishes made with red meats like a Lasagna.

Aglianico Rubrato Doc - Feudi di San Gregorio 10 55 Avellino – Campania (Italy) A dark ruby with violet hues, offering aromas of wild black berry fruit and a full-bodied and round flavour with firm acidic structure and fine tannins.

Ripasso della Valpolicella Superior Doc - Cesari 10 59 Verona – Veneto (Italy) Valpolicella Superiore obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in the vineyards on the Valpolicella hills, exposed to south and planted in the most suitable locations. In the month of January following the harvest, the wine undergoes a second light fermentation carried on the Amarone grapes residues after pressing. The result is a full-bodied, warm and velvety wine with an intense bouquet, to be drunk after ageing for two years. Excellent with game and red meats. Cabernet/Sauvignon Igt Missoni - Feudi del Pisciotto - 62 Niscemi (Cl) – Sicilia (Italy) Feudi del Pisciotto has it’s vineyards situated at about 250 meters of altitude and 6 km from the sea as the crow flies. It benefits therefore of two climatic moderators: the altitude, where the sea breezes arrive, and the sea itself, a great compensator of the temperature. This wine is an excellent example of Cabernet in Sicily with trademark structural quality with long ageing potential. Dark chocolate, plum, cassis and cedar blend amongst the tannic earthy tones of the full bodied longing lasting palate. Brunello di Montalcino Docg 2009 – Castello Banfi - 88 Poggio alle Mura, Montalcino (Siena) – Toscana (Italy) This Brunello di Montalcino is obtained from clones of Sangiovese selected after 20 years of research on this unique grape, aged in French Oak barrels and in Slavonian barrles. The most aristocratic combinationof Montalcino tradition with winemaking modernity. Robust character, it has a rich garnet color, and a depth complexity and opulence that is softened by an elegant lingering aftertaste.

Falanghina – Terre del Vulcano 9 35 Benevento – Campania (Italy) Straw yellow color, intense and persistent fragrance. Floral and fruity with white melon scent and slightly mineral. Medium body, sufficiently soft and rather persistent.

Chardonnay Inzolia Igt – Cellaro 9 36 Sambuca di Sicilia – Sicilia (Italy) Made from a blend of the native Sicilian white grape, Inzolia and the ever-reliable Chardonnay, this is a bright, lighter-bodied wine that shows lots of tropicals and grapefruits on the nose. The palate is slatey and frisky, with bright acidity, and a decent, yellow citrus finish. It would be great with prawn or seafood linguine.

Sauvigno Blanc Joss Bay - Tarras 9 45 Marlborough – Central Otago (New Zealand) Time in oak during the fermentation and further time aging on lees in barrels transform this wine, replacing the zingy goosberry with asparagus, passionfruit, green herbs and grass. More texture and palate weight make this lovely wine great for a meaty white fish dish.

Pinot Grigio - Di Lusso 10 49 Mudgee – NSW (Australia) Pinot Grigio is one of Italy's most widely planted varieties and best known white wine styles. The grey colour reference in the name is a reflection of the skin colour at harvest which turns from bright green to a dull mauve-grey.. A wine with refreshing citrus and pineapple flavours and crisp, food-friendly acidity.

Lacryma Christi Bianco Doc - Mastroberardino 10 49 Pompei (Na) – Campania (Italy) Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio is one of the oldest white wines hailing from Italy's Campania region. Its name, Coda di Volpe translates as fox tail, because of the color of the grapes. The wine is aged for a brief period and rests in bottle for a further one month. Straw yellow with hints of pineapple, white peach, pear and a typical liquorice aroma. Well structured showing fine fruit complemented by mineral notes.

Fiano di Avellino Docg - Feudi di san Gregorio 10 54 Avellino – Campania (Italy) From the Sorbo Serpico region in Campania, this is a great example of the Fiano di Avellino varietal. Spicy perfumes of fresh flowers such as Camomile along with picked fruits in the nose while it’s soft and balanced in the palate by its freshness and minerality.

Greco di Tufo Docg - Feudi di San Gregorio 10 56 Tufo (Av) – Campania (Italy) This grape is believed to have been introduced to Campania 2500 years ago by the Pelasgians, an ancient people from Thessaly in Greece. The name Tufo refers not only to one of the villages from which the wine comes, but also the type of rock on which the village was built. It shows a golden straw yellow with aromas of fresh white fruit and a rich, round and well balanced flavour.

Langhe Arneis Doc Blange – Ceretto 10 62 Vezza D’Alba – Piemonte (Italy) Arneis is a native varietal which produces a very fruity wine with hints of pears and apples. Low acidity and rich fragrance and flavour. The Arneis, among the first ventures undertaken by the Bruno and Marcello Ceretto, has just celebrated its 26th birthday.

Rosato Beneventano Rosaura Igt - Feudi di san Gregorio 9 38 Avellino – Campania (Italy) Perfumes and tastes of fresh red fruits of the forest, this wine is very versatile and perfect to accompany salami, sausages, pizza and fresh cheeses.

Lacrimarosa Igt - Mastroberardino 9 42 Pompei (Na) – Campania (Italy) The Mastroberardino Lacrimarosa rose wine comes from the late ripening of Aglianico grape. Lovely pink with a delicate fruity bouquet with notes of white peach, strawberries and raspberry.

Prosecco & Moscato Prosecco Conte Loredan Gasparini Docg - Colli Asolani 9 38 Venegazzù (Tv) - Veneto (Italy) This vine’s variety is the most traditional reality in the territory of Asolo. The grapes that grow on mineral soil give the product a definitely structural character which makes it unique and unmistakable as to its other types.

Moscato D’Asti Docg – Malgrà 9 36 Mombaruzzo (Asti) - Piemonte (Italy) This sweet wine is the dessert wine par exellence. Straw-yellow of varying intensity, it has an intensely fruit nose which is aromatic and very persistent.
