EARTH ESSENCE (MULADHARA)120 MINUTES/BD 110Muladhara – the earth or root Chakra – is located at the base of the spine. It anchors the spirit to the material world and the body to the earth. Mulhadhara is the root of our survival and governs base instincts, mental stability and sensuality. It provides the focus we need to succeed, and the centering necessary to nurture ourselves and others.

Balancing the Earth Chakra calms the body and mind, creating a profound inner peace that helps free our full potential. Combining a foot wash, singing bowls and a slow, deep massage, this treatment induces a deep sense of stillness that will leave you feeling ready to take on the world.

WATER ESSENCE (SWADHISTHANA)120 MINUTES/BD 110Swadhisthana – the water or sacral Chakra – is located in the lower abdomen. It governs fertility, sexual virility, self-worth, and creativity. Associated with emotional balance, desire and pleasure, this Chakra helps us to let go of stored emotions and find a healthy balance in life.

When it is functioning well, Swadhisthana brings enhanced emotional gratification, higher self-esteem and free-flowing creative energy. AIR ESSENCE (ANAHATA)120 MINUTES/BD 110Known as Anahata in Sanskrit, the heart Chakra is the centre of unconditional love and governs compassion, forgiveness, generosity and wellbeing. Balancing this Chakra is important for the circulatory system, heart and thymus. It also helps fend off disease, and nurtures spiritual love and devotion.

Healing the heart Chakra can help free us from limiting thoughts and fears. This tender combination of foot wash, scrub, massage, and heart work using rose oil and warmed rose quartz gently reconnects the body and mind to provide inner peace and stillness.

SOUL ESSENCE (AJNA)120 MINUTES/BD 110Ajna – the divine third eye Chakra – is located in the centre of the forehead. This Chakra is responsible for physical sight and spiritual insight, and also deals with perception and intuition, imagination, concentration, and peace of mind.

Ajna is linked to the pituitary gland, and when balanced has a harmonising effect on our emotional behavior. This treatment uses breathing techniques, crystal amethyst wrap, and a specialized light technique facial massage that promotes a deep sense of peace and clarity.

SPACE ESSENCE (VISHUDDHA) 120 MINUTES/BD 110Vishuddha – the throat Chakra – is located in the centre of the throat. It governs our communication and self-expression, and is linked to creativity and honesty. It also encourages strong leadership. A strong throat Chakra embodies the spirit of truth and intuition. When this Chakra is weak or low in energy our thoughts become unstable and our sleep patterns disturbed.

This treatment uses healing sounds and a highly specialised marma facial massage to balance Vishuddha, enabling us to acknowledge and express the truth in and around us, reconnect the mind to a positive flow, and encourages deep and restful sleep.

CONSCIOUSNESS ESSENCE (SAHASRARA)120 MINUTES/BD 110Sahasrara – the crown Chakra – is located at the top of the head. Symbolised by a lotus with one thousand petals, it is the Chakra of pure consciousness. Sahasrara represents liberation and inner wisdom and, as the point of entry for celestial energy, is our connection to the cosmic universe.

This enlightening and unifying treatment rejuvenates the nervous system through a sequence of foot, back, head and toe massages that channel energy from the heart of the earth to the higher self. A soothing scalp massage with a seabuckthorn hair mask clears the mind and helps to regenerate the life force. Orange blossom and jasmine attracts cosmic light. FIRE ESSENCE (MANIPURA) 120 MINUTES/BD 110Also known as Manipura in Sanskrit, the navel or fire Chakra is located in the solar plexus. 01-DAILY EXERCISEYou brush your teeth every day however exercise is equally important for your daily routine. Turn off the TV or computer and get at least 30 minutes of physical exercise every day.

In order to work your heart it’s got to be aerobic exercise – and you’ve got lots of options: try walking, jogging, biking, using a rowing machine, elliptical machine, or take the plunge and go swimming. You don’t have to be an athlete because walking is also a great exercise. Walk for 10 minutes spurts throughout your day - It all counts!

To increase your daily physical activity start by making some small simple changes such as parking in the far corner of the parking lot -- and get those extra steps to the door. Why not take the stairs for one or two flights instead of the elevator. Even with a hectic schedule, you can find the time to exercise. Get out at lunch for a quick walk, or take a stroll after work with your friend or partner – and enjoy the added bonus of relaxation and stress reduction.

03-LOSE EXCESS WEIGHTCarrying extra body weight puts your health at risk. When you take in more calories than you burn, you get fat -- it’s that simple. You’ve got to eat less and exercise more. Make these simple lifestyle changes and avoid serious health problems like heart disease, diabetes, or stroke.

Be sure to tell your doctor your family’s medical history, learn your personal risk factors and be informed of the screening tests you need. 05-STRESS LESSStress is one of the biggest factors in poor health. When a person says that they’re too busy to exercise, it means that other things are crowding out what’s important in life. That is they don’t spend enough time with family and friends, they don’t exercise enough, eat poorly and have inadequate sleep. All of these things increase stress in your life.

To be healthy, we need to balance our life. We should not be working so hard that we’re neglecting the things that keep us healthy. This is important advice too for people who take care of elderly parents or young children. Make sure you’re getting proper exercise and sleep, and that you’re not trying to do too much.

02-HEALTHY DIET

Quit eating junk food and high-fat fast food. Your heart, brain, and overall health are harmed by foods high in saturated fats, salt, and cholesterol. There’s no getting around it. You’ve got to replace them with healthy foods: lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, and olive oil – it’s what we call the “Mediterranean diet” - Eat like an Italian, a Spaniard, a Greek! Enjoy!
