Antico plywood is made from wood sourced from the best

farms across the nation. The high quality veneer and phenol

used to make the Plywood are the actual source of its strength

and durability. Top notch quality of Phenol Formaldehyde Resin

and accurate amount of heat pressure during the

manufacturing makes the ply highly resistant to cold or boiling

water

Antico & is a result of high end Plus Prime

imported calibration machine which helps

the product to maintain a uniform thickness

and makes it dimensionally stable across

the edges. Calibration and advanced

sanding techniques gives the product an

incredibly smooth surface making it a

trouble-free ply for furniture manufacturers,

interior designers, contractors or architects.


Antico Plus (MR Plywood) is made from

quality Gurjan wood and undergoes

Melamine Resin bonding to conform to

IS:303 standard. It is dimensionally stable

and durable for lasting service. Bonded with

high quality MUF Resin it is pressed under

heat, pressure and controlled conditions to

obtain a solid bond.

The term MR (moisture resistant) can be a bit confusing in this regard. But customers should note that 'moisture resistant' does not mean 'waterproof'. It only means that the plywood is capable of resisting humidity and moisture.

Antico Prime (Marine) is crafted from

selected high quality timber and is bonded

with Resorcinol Phenol Formaldehyde.

Antico Prime (Marine) is impregnated to the

core with preservative chemicals in

Pressure Impregnation Treatment Plant

which makes it highly resistant to borer and

termites. Antico Prime (Marine) is 72 hours

boiling waterproof and is most suitable for

use in rigorous conditions and is suitable for

ship, boat, building railway coaches, shed &

cooling towers etc.
