Accomplishments 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry including installation, service, maintenance, & management. 4+ years of supervisory experience leading teams and multi departmental projects. When I inherited my team there was not a sense of ownership and there was a significant disconnect between our technicians and management. I had to bring together individuals including technicians over multiple generations and skillsets to accomplish the goals we set as an organization. This required a lot of groundwork in helping our team to understand our goals and how our overall success would benefit everyone. As a result of this foundation of trust, I have been able to lead my team through drastic changes organizationally including digital conversion, the addition of CLI, implementing new technologies, etc. We were long considered the worst region in our group and through our hard work and consistency we were able to overcome those stigmas. Completed 1 year of pastor residency at Waterstone church, where I was licensed into ministry. In the 12 years that I served in that ministry I lead various groups and was ultimately responsible for the youth ministry as a part of my training. This included driving the ministry in the direction that senior pastors envisioned. specific projects for vendors & company development. Lead fellow supervisors in leadership development including organizing meetings and facilitating

leadership material and discussion. This has helped to create a more cohesive team with more accountability.

Support regional manager with knowledge and expertise pertaining to management decisions and operation.

Facilitate regional management in the absence of regional manager. This includes conducting meetings with supervisors and technicians, as well as communicating pressing issues in a timely manner.
