避雷器支架 Kit of lightning arrester 一、产品简介

LAK 系列避雷器支架是严格按照 IEC 有关标准制作的产品，适用于各种类型避雷器的安装，铜排与铜导线通过浇铸连接，导电性好，接入电阻≤0.336 mΩ，保证了可靠的导电性。该产品整体设计合理，用标准绝缘子配套，并装不锈钢固定架，最后用螺栓固定于所需位置处。

适用于各种类型避雷器的安排，我公司还可根据用户的特殊需要，设计定制各种避雷器的安装支架。二、材料和工艺说明

LAK 系列避雷器支架用 T2 电解紫铜铜排（定点厂家生产），材质电阻率小，导电性好，生产中，铜排与铜导线的连接头是通过浇铸工艺成型的，连接可靠，导电电阻很小，绝缘子采用聚脂树脂原料，绝缘性好，强度高，所有配件都经过处理，永不生锈。三、安装注意事项 1、细心拆箱，取出避雷器支架及其附件。 2、根据走线架宽度调整定位角件，并将其紧固于走线架上部。 3、视避雷器的规格选用相应的角铜固定件，并定位紧固。 4、顺向拉开接地铜元，按要求定位接地铜元。 I.The Brief Introduction to Product

LAK series kit of lightning arrester is a product strictly according to IEC standard suitable for installing all

kinds of lightning arrester. Copper bars and copper wire is connected through pouring. Electric conduction

function is good and connect resistance≤0.336mΩ,which ensures dependable electric conduction. This

product design is rational, using standard insulator to form complete set, also assemble stainless steel fixing

frame, and at last using bolt to fix in a position you need. Our company will design kit for all kinds of lightning

arrester according to customers’ special demands.

II .Material and Technique Illustration LAK series kit for light arrester use T2 to break down pure red copper bars (produced by fixed factory),

and the material has little resistance and good electric conduction. During working, the connection of copper

bars and copper wire is through pouring to make shape. .Resistance is very little. Insulator is made of

polyester and plastic material, and insulation is good. All its accessories are never rusty through processing.

III.Installation Attention Item 1. To be careful to open box, take out kit for lightning arrester accessory.

2. According to cable ladder’s width, adjust directing angle and fix it upon the cable ladder.

3. According to the specification of lightning arrester, choose relevant fixing complement also fasten it.

4. Open copper grounding and according to the demand to fix it.s

FIXING SPECIFICATION FOR WALL ENTRY PANEL

一、产品简介

馈线密封窗专用于各种尺寸规格馈线进入基站室内时的密封。它能有效的防风、防雨、防

漏，确保室内各种设备不受外界气候的影响，能同时接入几十根馈线。由于该系列产品采用了

铝镁合金外加喷塑涂层，因而美观轻盈，经久耐用，是馈线穿墙的理想产品。

二、材质和工艺说明

馈线密封窗面板选用铝镁合金为基材，经落料、冲压、拉伸、精整、铆接成型。有强度高、

外表美观、耐老化的特点。馈线密封圈则采用专用防老化橡胶材料，能有效防酸碱的腐蚀，紫

外线的照射，另配不锈钢喉箍。箍紧力大，均不产生锈蚀现象，达到了长久美观、耐用的效果。

三、安装注意事项

（1）基站装修时先预留一个合适的孔洞，具体尺寸如下：

（2）将密封板用膨胀螺丝直接固定于预留孔洞上;

（3）在密封板四角涂上 703 防水硅胶，效果更好.
