stamping dies design and manufacturing. Its main business is for small to middle size progressive

dies, transfer dies and single stations dies building. Especially for car roofs, seats and battery

support brackets. With more than 10 years experience of die analysis, design, machining,

assembly and tryout . every detail was strictly under control from quotation analysis and

manufacturing to tooling final buyoff. Taking“ in order to help customers saving material

consumption, saving tooling manufacturing cost and 0 delay to offer 100% qualified stamping

dies“ as our basic duty. Taking ” continuing improving part quality and service” as our management

guides, we making it better. Our target customers could be worldwide, but our main market focus

on Europe and North American. Team of Ant Tooling insist “ team work, help and support each

other” as the management spirit, endeavoring to being an “ants commando” to help our customers

provide solutions.

lot of experiences for Europe and North American die design standards. Using UG

NX 8 which allows us to have a fast tooling design and data TRANSFER. As for

Simulation, we using Autoform.
