Mostly B,s
You seem outwardly confident at work and in your career, and you
value being well prepared to boost your confidence and understand
how to think strategically in your career choices. You maybe don't
feel you can show any weakness and work hard not to be vulnerable
at work. Experimenting with letting your guard down a little can
allow you to use your energy wisely and to feel ok about developing
new skills or experiences without having to be perfect straight away.
Mostly D,s
You are letting fear control your career development by opting out
of opportunities rather than engaging and trying out new things.
Your career confidence is quite low and you are potentially missing
chances to be brave and follow your dream. You need to focus on
the things you can do to increase your self-belief. Push yourself to
try new things on a small scale, maybe outside work, to begin to
build your confidence in your abilities.
