ANSR (Applied Nucleic Single Temperature Reaction) is an easy-to-use pathogen detection system which provides rapid results using DNA amplification technology. ANSR equipment costs are minimal compared to other commercially available systems, and its compact size make it an easy fit in any laboratory setting. The system features user friendly software to quickly and easily determine your results, and a positive control is included in each assay so you know the test is running correctly. Why ANSR?• Greater accuracy and fastest time to result ANSR (amplified nucleic single temperature reaction) provides genetic level discrimination of

specified targets at 102 cfu/mL in 18 minutes. ANSR’s unique enrichment and assay result in minimal matrix effects in samples.

• New technology ANSR eliminates many of the limitations of antibody-based technologies.

• Simple enrichment for aerobic growth # Anerobic conditions are not required for incubation, saving time

and money.

• Quick turn around time # Total time to results 20–24 hours.

Test ProcedurePlease read kit insert instructions completely before performing test.

2. Add 450 µL of lysis reagent solution to the sample.

1. Add 50 µL of enriched sample to the cluster tube.

3. Transfer sample tubes to 37°C heat block and incubate for 10 minutes. Then transfer the lysis tubes to the 80°C heat block and incubate for 20 minutes.

4. Transfer 50 µL of the lysed sample to preheated lyophilized reagents (56°C) in the reader. Cap tubes and vortex briefly. Return tubes to reader. Close the lid and click START in the ANSR software to begin assay.

5. Results will be reported in 18 minutes and displayed as positive, negative or invalid.
