DIRECTIONS

From the M6 Junction 16 take the A500 towards Stoke-on-Trent, proceed for approximately 6 miles and turn left onto the A53 signposted Leek. Proceed for approximately 6 miles and pass through the speed restriction until you reach a big lay-by on the right hand side, continue 1/4 mile past that until you reach a small lay-by on the left. Turn left for Rudyard onto Dunwood Lane and proceed for 1 ½ miles and then turn left for Horton Village. From the A523 Macclesfield to Leek road follow the signs for Rudyard and then turn left at the mini roundabout onto Dunwood Lane. Continue for approximately ¾ mile and turn right for Horton Village. CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Terms are CARD OR CASH on the day. The right is reserved to refuse any payments by cheque unless prior arrangements have been made. The right is also reserved to withhold delivery of goods until cheques have cleared the Bank and in

all cases prospective purchasers should be prepared to pay a cash deposit at the fall of the hammer. Payments by Debit or Credit Card are accepted (small charge for the latter).

2. Delivery of electrical appliances connected to the mains will be given the day following the sale (unless announced otherwise) after the power has been disconnected. Purchasers should ascertain that all appliances have been isolated from the mains current before attempting to remove them.

3. Please note that in order to comply with Money Laundering regulations no cash payments will be accepted in excess of the day’s sterling equivalent of 15000 Euros.
