Dear ServeNow Friends, The second year of ServeNow has been incredible. Ministry
projects were launched in India, Nepal, Ukraine and Uganda.
Volunteers joined our ranks. Qualified staff were willing to come
and serve the Lord in a variety of projects. Partners, willing to
invest in ServeNow, joined hands with us to make many things
possible in such a short time, which we never could have
imagined .
That is what the Lord has promised, Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty
power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think (Eph 3:20).
We present this first “proper” annual report to give you a scope of what God has done at
the grassroots level in all of these nations: to work with street children in the slums, to
provide a safe home environment for HIV-affected children, and to make sure young
women are trained in life skills to avoid being trafficked.
Pastors are not equipped just for themselves, but are able to train their entire
congregations in the basic things a church needs to know to be fully devoted followers of
Christ. Orphans and disadvantaged children, who have no hope, face a brighter future
because they are made new for tomorrow and eternity.
I am so grateful to the partners who have faithfully invested in the Kingdom of God
through ServeNow, as well as the staff and board members around the world who work
endless hours to fulfill this mission.
As we enter new areas of ministry, we have found that time seems short. Political doors
are closing, some more rapidly than others. This is the time to continue with even greater
intensity to fulfill the Great Commission, to make disciples of all nations.
God bless you and thank you for partnering with us this coming year.

International President

Serving in India India is a huge continent with over 1.2 billion
people. While a very small percentage of the
population is extremely wealthy, more than two-thirds
of the country’s population live in villages. Most people have
never heard the Gospel, and village churches lack Scriptures
and basic training materials. Sadly, many villagers have never
seen a medical doctor. In the summer people suffer, and some
die of thirst, because water sources dry up or are polluted. In the winter
many children and elderly die from exposure due to frigid temperatures.
Because of the excessive oppression, human trafficking rampant.

I received the comic book called the ‘Story of Jesus.’ I
finished reading it the same evening. The next day I
read it again and then took it to my school and my
friends started reading it. It was my treasure and when
my parents saw me glued to it for a few days that asked
me what this book was all about, so I showed it to them.
They read it too. Now I have this full pictorial Bible,
it’s a great present for me.

The ServeNow global office is based
in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A
small staff works with leadership,
accounting, development, teams, and
communication. Some ministry
projects are managed directly
through the USA office.
Nepal is a country of 30 million people,
who are primarily Hindu. It ranks
among the 25 percent lowest income
nations in the world, with abject poverty and rampant trafficking of
women and children. The winters are cold and each year thousands of
people freeze to death. Medical care is scarce. The church has grown
tremendously in the last decade, but there is great need for training
materials.
“These booklets are very
useful for my congregation,
not only for the newcomers
but also for every new
believer. This book helps
them to go “in depth” in
their Christian walk. Some
people can pretend to be
Christians, but anyone who
reads these books will never
be the same !

Serving in Nepal ServeNow has met many of these needs head on:
Because of the war in Eastern
Ukraine more than one million
people were forced to leave their
destroyed homes and no longer have
a place to stay.
One grandmother and her
grandchildren, who live in a rented
apartment, tearfully thanked us for
the loving attention and gift boxes.
Everyone received a present and
items that they really needed, like
soap, towels and toothpaste.
In this difficult period of their
lives, they have met Christians for
the first time, and heard that Jesus
cares for their basic needs.
ServeNow Ukraine is based in Irpin and
led by National Directors, Andrey and
Tanya Shpygunov.
Ukraine is the largest country in Europe
with a population of 42.6 million. Due to the
military conflict on the country’s Eastern
border, there are now over one million refugees.
Unemployment and human trafficking have created incredible social
problems.

Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa,
with a population of 37 million people.
Malnutrition, disease, and lack of a basic

the nation.
