This Annual Report from the Research Office/Office of
Sponsored Programs lists all proposals submitted and awards
received during FY-2015 for the Glassboro, Camden, Stratford
campuses and the South Jersey Technology Park. During FY-2015,
the Office of Sponsored Programs processed grant awards totaling
$20M-a 54% increase in funds received just two years ago. These
awards include grants and contracts from government, industry
and private sources.
The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations within
University Advancement received an additional $383k in grant
funding from individuals, corporations and foundations to support
faculty scholarly and service activities. In FY-2015, Rowan
University faculty and staff raised a total of $20.4M for sponsored
programs and projects. Since the designation of Rowan
University as the newest comprehensive public research
university in the State of New Jersey, we have received over
$49M in externally sponsored projects to support our faculty’s
scholarly and creative activities.
