6 1 1 5 - Garage Work Equipment is up $1,13 8 year' over year primarily due to increased contract services.

642 1 - Aerial Cable Expense increased $1 1,464,655 due to higher plant labor and affiliate billing associated in part with restructure charges from Telesector Resources Group. .

6423 - Buried Cable increased $207,016 largely due to higher labor expense

653 1 - Power expense is up $565,5 1 1 in 1995 primarily due to increased electrical transmission expenses associated with higher rates, volume and allocations.

6532 - Network Administration expense increased $1,166,400 because of higher &liate billing and credits related to restructure which were booked in 1994.

6533 - Testing expenses increased $6,719,816 primarily as a result of higher labor expenses.

65 12 - Provisioning expenses are up $569,846 due to inventory adjustments.

661 1 - Product Management expenses increased by $2,193,770 due to higher affiliate billing.

6613 - Product Advertising is up $762,650 as a result of increased affiliate billing associated with the transfer of advertising to the Telesector Resources Group.

672 1 - Accounting and Finance increased $673,3 13 as a result of increased affiliate billing associated with the transfer of additional accounting functions to the Telesector Resources Group.

6725 - Legal increased $343,873 due to higher affiliate billing.

6727 - Research and Development increased by $1,250,324 as a result of higher affiliate charges.
