Our goal is to design every aspect of our business to focus on bringing our customers

what they really want in a home. Through our people, research, and innovation, 2017

was an outstanding year for achieving that goal.

From our founding, research and innovation have guided every feature and product

we offer. Buyers’ needs are constantly evolving, so we do our homework. We make

sure our products not only line up with the market, but in some instances, arrive in

the future just ahead of what our buyers expect.

This year, we arrived ahead of the curve by setting a new standard for in-home

technology with the HomeSmart® package. Innovative solutions and products like

this deliver on our customer-centric approach and have continued to allow buyers

to create homes that fit their lifestyles seamlessly.

Along the way, we continued to build amazing, premium homes in the Puget Sound

and create safe working environments for our associates. As we embark on our 49th

year of operation, we will continue to uphold our company values, give back to the

communities where we live and work, and inspire a positive change in people’s lives,

one Quadrant home at a time.

HOMESMART®

The newest addition to the LivingSmart® program, integrated in-home technology keeps homes comfortable and connected, and puts buyers in control.

HEALTHSMART®

Quadrant knows that a healthy heart begins at home, which means offering features like low VOC interior paint, CRI-green label carpet, formaldehyde-free insulation,

and optional central vacuum systems and electronic air filters.

WATERSMART®

Water conservation begins with efficient technologies, including WaterSense® certified faucets and ENERGY STAR® dishwashers.

ENERGYSMART®

ENERGY STAR® appliances, optional LED lighting, and dual Low-E glass windows save money while also maximizing comfort.

EARTHSMART®

Planet-conscious features such as recyclable carpet, recycled content drywall, and optional electric car charging outlets help reduce our impact on the environment.

Building Healthy Communities

We know technology is changing the way our buyers live both inside and outside the home. That is why in 2017, we announced a new pillar of our LivingSmart® program: HomeSmart®.

Our new standard package for in-home technology is at the forefront of what it means to provide smart, high-tech

living for our homebuyers. From smart thermostats to smart lighting controls, buyers in Quadrant communities are able to live in a home built to reflect their connected lifestyles.

The new HomeSmart® package creates convenience, safety, and savings throughout the home.

COMFORT AND CONTROL

Caseta® lighting control gives buyers customization while they’re at home or away. Lighting can be personalized based on buyers’ schedules and preferred scenes, and controlled by voice command. The featured Nest® Learning Thermostat offers buyers comfort, learning their preferred temperature patterns over time to eventually program itself.

WI-FI CONNECTIVITY

Homes are prewired for a router and equipped with an access point on each level for internet throughout the home. Homes are smart TV ready with hard-wired CAT6 network jacks for gaming and optimal streaming of services like Hulu and HBO GO.

ACCESS AND SECURITY

The Ring™ Video Doorbell PRO allows buyers to see and speak with visitors from anywhere. Schlage® front door locks are equipped with built-in alarm sensors and smartphone control. Using the Liftmaster® garage door opener to monitor, open, and close with a swipe on their smartphone, buyers (and their families) can rest easy.

Our 4,200 square-foot Design Studio gives homebuyers a chance to pick, choose, and test-drive a multitude of feature and finish options — even those they didn’t know were possible.

Born and bred in the Northwest, we’re committed to sustainability and giving back to the communities where we work and play. Many of our associates serve these communities by actively volunteering with local organizations. Each quarter, we encourage our associates to give back through our designated time off program for volunteering. This past year our associates volunteered at numerous non-profits in the Puget Sound region, including the City of Bellevue’s Parks and Open Space Trail System — where over 30 associates joined in to plant native shrubs and restore a 4.5-mile trail.
