the activities of this esteemed institution during the Academic Year 2015-
2016. This academic year was really awesome and unforgettable one with
rich memories and noble activities.
I thank with devotional fervor Almighty Allah who has shown this
institution the right path and guiding us safely to move on towards new
milestones. Every year our College surpasses newer heights. A Peer Team
deputed by NAAC under the Chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Arun Kumar
Grover, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University, Punjab, visited our College
and made thorough observations on all the facilities on the College
premises. Dr. J.K. Tandon, Former Professor of Commerce, University of
Rajasthan, Jaipur, was the member coordinator and Dr. Frazer
Mascarenhas, Former Principal, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous),
Mumbai, was the member. During the 10th Meeting of the Standing

happy to say that the Chairman of the Peer Team lauded our institution for
the great promoting of communal harmony. He also pointed out that many
features of our College will be implemented in Punjab University where he
is the Vice-Chancellor. Adding another feather to the cap we had an
interface with the UGC on 30th January, 2016. Out of 7 Colleges applied for
CPE Status in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Jurisdiction, ours is
the only institution selected for the Interface. It is remarkable that only 12
Colleges from Tamil Nadu were called for the Interface. And the College
eagerly awaits the College with Potential for Excellence Status to be
conferred upon it Insha Allah.
May I extend a very cordial welcome to the President of the College
