The fiscal year 2010 has undoubtedly been a very

good year for Enppi. We ended this year with net

income growth of 111% (compared to 2009) and

a strong balance sheet. This result demonstrates

that Enppi is well positioned to overcome a difficult

economy.

In accordance with this financial performance, we

witnessed the award of sizeable projects and realized

key changes that would one day make up company

milestones. Of particular note is the award of our

largest contract to date; Enppi has been awarded

the largest EPC LSTK project since its establishment,

which is the Tank Farm Package of Yanbu Export

Refinery Project for Saudi Aramco. The capacity of

the new refinery is 400,000 barrel/day and aims to

handle the receipt of the feed crude and the temporary

storage of intermediate, finished and export products.

Also this year we completed our first EPC project for

TOTAL Yemen, Kharir Development Project as EPC

consortium.

We continued our business development policy of

global existence and made concrete steps to mark

our existence in Iraq, Tunisia and Kazakhstan. These

are very promising markets and our plan is to make

Enppi known to owners and contractors. In October

2010, we inaugurated our permanent office in Basra

while our approach in Tunisia and Kazakhstan was

more promotional, holding our actual permanent

presence until solid opportunities stand out. We

continue to concentrate on South America and the

great business opportunities presented. We worked

extremely well in Venezuela and this encourages us

to look forward to working with adjacent countries

having similar conditions.

It’s worth noting that Enppi did not just expand

geographically; we made several strategic decisions

that added to our core business in our homeland.

In Egypt, we are focused on participating in future

petrochemical projects alongside the oil and gas

industries. Egypt’s national strategy of setting up giant

petrochemical projects enabled us to gain significant

capabilities to participate in this industry. We have

participated with international contractors in the

Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene (ELAB) and Methanol

projects and one of our EPC projects currently nearing

completion will produce polystyrene for the Egyptian

Styrenics Production company. The volume of our

petrochemicals work is of continuous growth, starting

from the smaller project for ELAB and expanding to

the major contract for Egyptian Styrenics Production

company. Many more petrochemical projects are

expected to come online for Enppi in the coming

period.

We are proud of our achievements and are well

aware of the factors helping us in this journey. In the

energy business, success is built on relationships;

these are the heart of our business. We strive for

sustainable and enduring relationships with our

people, customers and suppliers. We work hard to

deliver on our promises, operating our day-to-day

business in a way that provides proven performance

and solid results.

Looking ahead, I truly believe that the best of Enppi

is yet to come.
