Call for the Annual Meeting of the Congregation
The Annual Meeting of the Congregation of the Presbyterian Church in Basking Ridge,
New Jersey, Part I (Statistical and Financial), will be held in the Sanctuary on Sunday,
February 23, 2020, immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service, for the purpose of
receiving the Statistical and Financial reports for 2019; for consideration of the Local
and General Mission Budgets for 2020; for acting on the Pastors’ Compensation for
2020; and for such other business as may properly come before the Congregation.

Financial review committee 018 report
The 2018 review is in the final stages of completion, using the Financial Review Guide: An
Annual Financial Review Committee Checklist. This document is provided by Presbyterian Church
(USA) to assist churches with their compliance with the minimum standards of financial
procedures specified in the constitution of the PC(USA), known as the Book of Order. This
checklist ensures the integrity of the BRPC Annual Report and the underlying financial
records and processes.
Our final report will be contained in the Annual Report Part II to be distributed in May,
2020.
We want to compliment Janet Bentley, Elizabeth Messineo, and Nancy Kuhn for the excel-
lent records and procedures that administer church operations in a comprehensive, accu-
rate and professional way. We thank them for their assistance to the committee as we con-
duct this review.

Financial review committee 018 report
The Financial Review Committee of The Presbyterian Church, Basking Ridge, New Jersey,
will be examining the financial statements of the various funds of the Church for the year ended
December 31, 2019 contained in this report. Our examination will include such tests of the
accounting records and such other auditing procedures, as we consider necessary.
The result of the review and the opinion of the Committee will be presented to the Board of
Trustees in May 2020, and be included in the Annual Report published for the Annual
Corporation meeting in January, 2021.
