2014 Performance Assessment
Brussels/National airport traffic and yearly ATFM arrival delays increased compared to 2013. Airport Weather was the main contributor to the increase, while Airport Capacity related delays significantly decreased compared to 2013. Network Manager Actions in 2014
Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP): Initial discussions for a joint action plan have taken place for a number of activities. Decisions are to be taken by Brussels airport and Belgocontrol with an anticipated launch in 2015. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): Fully implemented. No major development planned.

FRANCE – Cannes/Mandelieu - CEQ/LFMD Limited information available – airport is not participating in the regular Network Manager reporting process.
Note: Arrival and departure punctuality graphics are not shown as NM does not have sufficient data for this airport.
2014 Performance Assessment
Cannes/Mandelieu airport traffic remained almost at the same level as previous years. We can see a continuous improvement (since 2012) but remains in the top 20 airports delay per flight list (see Section 3.4 Delays in the main Network Operations Report) due to special events taking place every year. This leads to high demand reported as Airport Capacity delays. Network Manager Actions in 2014
Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP): No actions in 2014. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): No actions in 2014.

2014 Performance Assessment
Istanbul/Ataturk airport continued recording high traffic growth. Also, the yearly ATFM arrival delays significantly increased compared to 2013 mainly due to Airport Weather and Airport Capacity related delays (influenced by high traffic increase and limited availability of the optimum runway configuration). Network Manager Actions in 2014
Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP): No actions in 2014. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): Istanbul/Ataturk airport is working towards the implementation of A-CDM - planned date to be confirmed.

2014 Performance Assessment
Istanbul/Sabiha Gokcen airport continued recording very high traffic growth. The yearly ATFM arrival delays highly increased compared to previous years. This was mainly due to Airport Capacity (influenced by very high traffic increase and an afternoon demand peak every day), followed by Airport Weather related delays. Network Manager Actions in 2014
Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP): No actions in 2014. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): No actions in 2014. Note: Since winter 2014 Istanbul/Sabiha Gokcen has become Level 3 coordinated. Benefits may be perceived in one or two seasons.

2014 Performance Assessment
London/Heathrow airport was the busiest airport (in terms of movements) in Europe in 2014, despite traffic remaining almost at the same level as previous years. The yearly ATFM arrival delays decrease compared to 2013, with Airport Weather related delays being the main cause. Network Manager Actions in 2014
Airport Capacity and Performance (ACAP): Continued cooperation with London/Heathrow airport on enhanced information exchange trial between the airport and the NM at pre-tactical and tactical level. In November 2014 the APOC (Airport Operations Centre) was put into operations enhancing ever more the communication with the network. London/Heathrow airport has started Time Based Separation (TBS) implementation in 2014 and TBS operations are planned to start in spring 2015. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM): Fully implemented. No major development planned.
