•Pool Complex – Pool is complete! Now 24/7, Lights are motion sensor activated. Music is on timer scheduled to shut off at 8:00pm and will resume at 9:00am

•Fitness Center – 24/7, Cardio Equipment with digital television, weight machines, and free weights



• The Sienna House Gathering Room – Open to Residents 24/7, free Wi-Fi – password is siennahouse (all lowercase no spaces), Large screen television, gaming center with PlayStation 4. Gathering Room is intended for non-exclusive use.


The Sienna House Pavilion •Available for reservation, 10:00am – 1:00pm or 6:00pm – 9:00pm. •With limited pool access, up to (35) guests with provided wristbands during reserved time slots. •Reservations can be made via community website www.RanchoSiennaCA.com select reservations, sign up for SuperSaas Reservations Calendar.

− Act as a liaison between the Rancho Sienna "neighborhood" and the Community Association (CA).

− Also liaises with Newland Communities to assist in good communication while the community is being developed.

• Purpose

• Responsibilities− Attend quarterly meetings and the Annual Meeting of the

Voting Delegates of the Rancho Sienna Master Community, Inc.− Share and remind residents in their communities of compliant

behavior per the HOA Community Manual (DCCR). − Should facilitate the success of neighborhood-level activities

and events, such as Block Parties and Crime Watch. − May also serve on the community Activities Committee and/or

solicit representation from their respective neighborhoods.
