• PAT up 11.0% to RM37.2 million

• 25% up in total dividend payout with four interim dividends aggregating 10 sen per share amounting to RM22 million

• Successfully enter into ICT training and certification for Oil & Gas sector

• Awarded license to operate University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering (UniMy)

• Selected as one of the OSK Top 5 Malaysian Small Cap Companies 2012

1Q FY2013

• PAT up 12.5% to RM9.0 mil

• Higher dividend payout of 2.5 sen per share amounting to RM5.5 million

• Successfully rolled out 1st batch of T&C for Oil & Gas program, more to roll out in 2Q and 3Q

• Better performance for home grown product (i.e. IC Citizen), total students trained were approximately 21,000 and better performance is expected by 4Q. Completed R&D for 2 new home grown products (i.e. PEC and SmartGreen), expected to commercialise by 4Q

• Selected as CIMB Top 3 Smaller Cap-Picks 2013

• UniMy is officially launched on 31 Jan 2013. Enrolment of 1st batch of students in progress and expected to begin 1st intake in July 2013
