The South Carolina Technical Education Association (SCTEA) is planning its 2017
Annual Conference February 16 - 17, 2017, at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and
YOU’RE INVITED!
The SCTEA, established in 1974, consists of members from each of the state’s sixteen technical colleges and the State System Office. The annual conference is our premier event of the year, attracting hundreds of faculty, staff, and administrative personnel from throughout the state.
The primary purpose of this conference is to provide professional development opportunities for our members. We focus on providing our members with access to the most current information, as well as the superior products and services we need to do our jobs well.

Sponsorship Contacts
Important:
Space is limited. All booths will be sold – reserve early. A check payable to SCTEA in the appropriate amount must be received to hold your reservation. Booths are 6’ x 10’ piped, draped and include an 8’ skirted table, two chairs and a company sign. Exhibitor’s booths do not include electrical hook-ups. There is an additional cost for extension cords and power strips. Vendor is responsible for covering the cost of equipment, as well as any setup costs, AV costs, etc. An Exhibitor Fact Sheet outlining additional costs for electrical or telephone data service will be provided to all exhibitors after their registration form has been received. Vendor must provide a copy-ready ad to be included in the Conference Program and meet all publication deadlines. All ads submitted are subject to change to meet publication requirements. Refund Policy: Vendor Registration funds may be refunded up to one month prior to the
