Annual Competency Assessment

1. It is the responsibility of all associates to immediately report any allegation of abuse,

neglect, injuries of unknown source, or misappropriation of resident property. T F

2. Abuse can be unexplained bruises or burns, omitted treatment, and/or decline in physical
