She is known in the tennis community not only by her fierce tennis game, but for her nev er ending generosity, kindness, and positiv e spirit. She is always willing to lend a hand to those wh

o need it, and nev er expects anything in return. In the fall of 2008, her husband Rick, was di-agnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma skin cancer. After liv ing nearly a year ba-sically cancer free, Rick’s cancer returned and spread. In October 2009,Rick’s cancer became terminal. In an attempt to prolong his quality of life, he is undergoing experimental chemotherapy treatments through the MD Anderson clinic in Houston. T hese treatments come with an expensiv e price tag. It is now our turn to giv e back to Joyce! All proceeds will be giv en to Joyce and Rick to help ease the financial burden.
