Annies life is certainly no picnic. She has no family (except

for her friends) and does not have nice clothes to wear, yet she

remains positive. Do you remember a time when things werent

going so well in your life? What did you tell yourself in order to

    keep going?

If you were forced to live without video games, cell phones,

television, or toys of any kind, what would you do to entertain

yourself? Take a test for a day or so and see how long you can go

without. Maybe you can make a contest of it with friends.

Annieis set during the Great Depression when millions of

people lost their jobs and possessions. Do you know of someone

who is out of work? If so, can you think of ways you can help that

    person?

At the end of the show, Annie is forced to give up any chance of

ever finding her parents. Is there a dream that youve had to give

up? Did you replace it with another dream?

    Things we can learnfrom Annie

Lost & FoundAnnie and Sandy came together because they needed each other.

Can you help them find each other in the middle of the city?

    (Solution on page 10.)
