With a view to preparing an impact evaluation report on the event by the Information Office, the service provider must provide relevant indicators that will include, amongst others, the following:

2. Number and type of organisations represented: a. type of organisations (NGOs, local authorities,

etc.), nature of the organisations (regional, national, local organisation, etc.)

b.for each organisation represented: number and nature of members, organisational set-up of the organisation, electronic and paper publications of each of these etc.

3. Information relating to the relaying of the event: a. number of ex-post articles in newsletters, in
