Dear Sir / Madam,

I/We, undersigned, request for the advance registration of a residential plot in your

proposed Annaya Homes being developed in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the

Down Payment / Flexi Plan / Interest Free EMI Plan

.

I/We agree and note that the allotment of plot is entirely at the sole discretion of the

Company and the Company has the right to reject any offer/application without assigning

any reason thereof and without incurring/carrying any liability towards cost/damage

/interest etc. except that the registration/booking amount received on advance

registration/booking or thereafter shall be refunded to the applicant(s).

I/We agree that unit the allotment is made and the builder buyer’s agreement is signed

and executed, there shall be no completed contract of the sale and I/We shall not be

entitled to enforce the same in the Court of Law. However, the Provisional Allotment

Letter of plot will be issued by the Company on acceptance of the offer/application.

In the event of the Company agreeing to allot a plot, I/We agree to make Down

Payment of the sale price and the other charges / dues as stipulated in the Payment

Plan and in this Application Form which has been fully explained to me/us and I/We have

accepted and agreed on to it.
