To Whom It May Concern: Anna Wolf started as a Sub Editor in our press department in January 2008 and quickly established herself as a key member of our team. Her main duties were to proof read articles and ensure that all content was produced in a timely and efficient manner before publishing to client websites. Anna was well versed in all office software and would liaise with IT to ensure the maximum efficiency of the department. Anna was quickly established as a key member of staff for our client relations department. In 2009 Anna was the main point of contact for our clients as she successful in her interview as Media Hub’s ‘Client Account Manager’. This involved meeting clients on a weekly basis and discussing our service as well as issuing feedback forms so we were always evolving in our client relations. Anna would often work with the management team on the public sector tendering process and helped us gather more clients on board as a result. Throughout her time as Client Account Manager, Anna helped maintain our strong client database while adding some major contracts to our accounts.
