Finally the product came up very innovative. Instead of only Mp3 format, Mp4 file

format of both audio and video are possible and iPods with wireless network connectivity

through which the user can connect to the network and get whatever music he\she likes. And in

order to manufacture it we need some resources that are not available so I request you to provide

us the needed resources to develop the product.

Advantages: 

Proper nonverbal communication can be as effective as giving all the right verbal answers in a

 job interview. However, poor nonverbal communication can hinder an interviewee‟s success in a

 job interview. Reference for Business lists an interviewee‟s arrival time to an interview as a form

of nonverbal communication to an interviewer. If you arrive to an interview late, you are

nonverbally telling the hirer that you are irresponsible, disorganized or not interested in the

Advantages of body language are, that you can use it, when there is no use of verbal

communication. Some times when you don't want to tell something to everyone, you can use

nonverbal communication to tell something only to the person you want. Eye contact is very

important in every type of communication, and also very helpful in understanding between two

people.

Many nonverbal gestures are as effective as words in communicating messages to children.

Giving a crying baby a hug is one of the most effective nonverbal ways of telling her everything

is going to be great. Holding her body next to yours hers is comforting and reassuring. Giving a

school age child a pat on the back or a “high five” shows that you are proud. Even a handshake

to a teenage son shows that you recognize his growth and maturity.

A strong command of nonverbal communication helps a relationship flourish and thrive.

Nonverbal cues can help you communicate interest and trust to your long term mate or new date.

Holding a date‟s hand is a nonverbal gesture of interest and attraction. Holding his hand also

6) You can save on time and use it as a tool to communicate with people who don't understand

Disadvantages: 

Somebody cannot understand your expression or posture, that you are trying to tell and they

misunderstood. And which is not good sometime. Can‟t be avoided when others are near you. 

No dictionary can accurately classify them. Their meaning varies not only by culture and

context, but by degree of intention, i.e., you may not be intending to communicate (in the

absence of nerve disorders, people seldom talk out loud when they don't intend to). A random

gesture may be assumed to have meaning when none at all was intended. Plus, some people who

may feel emotion strongly nevertheless find that their bodies simply do not respond

appropriately, i.e., someone who is feeling happy may not necessarily smile.

1) You can not have long conversation. 

2) Can not discuss the particulars of your message

3) Difficult to understand and requires a lot of repetitions

4) Can not be used as a public tool for communication.

5) Less influential and can not be used everywhere.

6) Not everybody prefers to communicate through non-verbal communication.

an upper-hand in these, the business needs to have a person having innate negotiation skills. It is

often seen that during the recruitment drive the firm negotiates the salary of the potential

candidates. This is usually done after the candidates get selected on other criteria of knowledge,

expertise and experience in the requisite domain. This is more common in off campus

placements as in the on-campus placement drives candidates are offered a fixed package. This

requires high skills and business acumen as this involves talking to the raw material suppliers

over the prices of the concerned raw material, bargaining with the clients who are supposed to

provide a project and others. Generally, the senior level manager deals in these high level

negotiations and there are special personnel who have undergone the requisite negotiation

training. There are many projects which are fragmented into small parts and each small easy part

is outsourced to the vendors. Negotiations still come handy in these situations, as hard bargaining

over quoted price and offered price is carried out in a congenial business environs.

People with great negotiation skills are capable to turn monetary savings or gains in every

business step. Now, consider the saving or earning in every step of the concerned business and

cumulative result might surprise you because the end saving or earning can differ in humongous

proportions. Well, in business where every single penny is highly valued it really pays you to be

good at negotiations.

PRESENTATION SKILL DEVELPOPMENT

Presentation – Meaning

A presentation may be defined as a carefully planned visual and aural event, designed for the

purpose of gaining understanding, agreement or action. For a presentation to reach its objective, three

things must happen

2.  The material must be organized in such a way that the aim is supported

3.  The presentation should be engaging for both speaker and audience

All oral presentation have a basic framework i.e an introduction, a body and a conclusion. While

delivering, it should be delivered as follows:

1.  Tell the audience, what you are going to tell.

2.  Tell them.

3.  Tell them, what you have just told them.

Giving an effective presentation requires the presenter to do the following things:

Quality of research

The topic should be researched properly. We should try to collect all the relevant information on

that topic. Internet and books can help the presenter to a greater extent. While using internet, the presenter

should make sure that the source is always a credible one. The most important thing is updating oneself on the topic to be presented.

Organization

The next and the most important thing after collecting all the information is about organizing

them properly. The information should have a proper order. It is best to put the most important facts first

and avoid trying to get too much information across in the limited time that one has. If the presentation is

scheduled to last for ten minutes than we need to allow one minute at the beginning to introduce ourselves

and the topic and one minute at the end to summarize our arguments. This means that we only have 8

minutes to get our points across. So the less important information has to be discarded.

Persuasiveness

We need to structure your delivery to ensure that our ideas are will organized, logical and

convincing. The best way to do this is to support each point that we want to get across with just enough

information, before moving on to the next point.

Presenting the topic

The only acceptable way to make a presentation is to speak naturally. One should not simply read

a pre-prepared script. In order to be able to present in this way one should rehears the whole presentation

at least three times. This will enable us to refine our speech. One should not forget to speak at a steady

pace and with clarity so that we can be audible. Keep eye contact with the observers.

Handling questions

At the end of the presentation, the observers will ask a few questions. Think about the sort of 

things that might be asked and try to have good answers ready. If you don‟t understand the question don‟t

 be afraid to ask for clarification and if you don‟t know the answer, them be honest. 

Use of time

One should always practice to deliver the presentation in an effective way within the allotted

time. Rehearsals will help to manage the time properly. Even experienced presenters cannot make an

accurate measurement of how long a presentation will take to deliver just by looking at their notes. There

is no excuse for overrunning your time slot or for running out of material when you have been told how

long your presentation should take.
