A. Warner Bros Entertainment INC, Aug 2011- July 2015:
Environment: Service Operation, ASP.Net3.5, SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012, VB Script,
MS Access
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the application throughout their lifecycle. Analysis of issue related to front
end, back end and flow of data of the applications, built in .Net3.5, MS Access and VB.Net, and fixing
the bug faced by clients.
Performing cost–benefit analyses, FMEA(Failure Mode Effective Analysis) to determine the most
appropriate means to meet the stated requirement
Generating a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the designers, test engineers and the
user, which determine that all of the high-level requirements have been met with regard to both
functional and manageability
Input into the design of configuration data required to manage and track the application effectively.
Involved in the coordination with Third Party vendor, DBA, Wintel and Interface Team during
Implementation/ Upgradation/ migration of application and database servers and Integration and
Regression testing of the servers.

Mentoring and driven the transition process smoothly with the coordination of other teams.

(Service Now) to resolve the issues and documenting the resolutions as knowledge objects.
