Ox, or the letter “X”, relax byraising your hands high overyour head and then letting

your arms hang down as you take

in a deep breath and let it outwhile saying Felix and Max’s

sound.

When you see Polly Panda, or the letter “P”, think of

painting, pretend to hold a paint brush,

paint with up and down strokes, and say Polly Panda’s sound.

When you see Actress Annie, or

the letter “A”, think of addingon an abacus, form an

addition sign by crossing your arms

andsay Actress Annie’s sound.

When you see Uncle Upton, or the letter “U”, point up to

whereUncle Upton is hanging,

upside-down and sayUncle Upton’s sound.

When you see Daisy Dragon or the

letter “D”, think of dancing, place both hands high over

your head, wiggle your handsaround as if dancing, and say

Daisy Dragon’s sound.

When you see Dr. Ollie Ostrich or

the letter “O”, point to your open mouth, open wide

and say, “Ah!”

When you see Timmy Tiger or the

letter “T”, think of tickling, wiggle your

fingers as if tickling your tummy

and say Timmy Tiger’s sound.

When you see Mimi Mermaid or the letter “M”, think of movinga magic mop, pretend to close

your hands tightly around amop, move the mop back andforth in front of your chest,and say Mimi’s magical “M”

sound.

fishing, pretend to reel in a big fish,

or the letters “ch”, think of chopping,

When you see Ike or the letters “i silent e”, “ie”, “igh”

or a “y”at the end of a short word, think of Ike’s nightly bike

ride, pretend that your hands are peddling a bike up high into

the sky, and say Ike’s sound.

When you see Eve or the letters “ee”, “ea”, “ie”, or a

“y” at the end of a word, think of

Eve’sleaps, hold up three fingers on

onehand, and move your other

hand overthe fingers as if leapfrogging

overtrees while saying Eve’s sound.
