What are processed foods?
A processed food is any food that has been altered in some way during preparation. Not all processed foods are unhealthy but some processed foods may contain high levels of salt, sugar and fat.

Task
Your task is to create a poster/or TV advert exploring healthy lifestyles which offers ‘expert’ advice for others on eating habits, a healthy lifestyle and exercise. To ensure you adverts/posters are accurate and reliable you will need to use the information from this lesson and I have included some websites for you to use to do research.
The purpose of your advert is to highlight a healthy diet and lifestyle message, as well as this, you may choose to explain what can happen to the body when we don’t do these things or eat too much unhealthy food.
Think about how you want you poster to look or your advert to engage the viewer.
