Regarding: 2 x dogs Gray Rd, Kamo

I was extremely disappointed by the tone of your phone conversation with me onMonday 11th August 2008.

The dogs in question were abandoned by their owner (Megan Busch) more than twomonths ago. My main complaint was about the dogs continually barking whencustomers came to the park and also barking during the tiger walks, which makes itunsafe for customers. You stated that they did not bark and that you had one witness tothis. I have four witnesses that will supply you with written statements that they do barkif this is required. Megan Busch only returned to the property on Monday 11th August2008.

I phoned you on Thursday 7th August 2008 and explained the situation with the dogs andtwice during that conversation I stated I dont know if they are registered or not, could

you find out? I have a witness to this conversation (Michelle Potter).You stated that Patricia Busch had told you she was the Operator of Zion WildlifeGardens but you must not have asked for supporting documentation or you would haveknown that I am the Operator. See attached supporting documentation.

I am expressing my disappointment at the handling of the situation due to your commentabout myself being responsible for this situation and about giving false information toyou.
