For this assignment students are to1. create their own unique
shape out of construction paper. Students shapes will need to be
big enough for other students to measure.Shapes can have as many
sides and angles as students want and can be as simple as a
square...just make it your own!2. Once your shape is created and
cut out of the construction paper, students will need to find the
area, and surface area of their shape using a protractor to first
find the angle measures. 3. After each student has found the area
and surface area of their own shape, they will exchange shapes with
one other student and find the area and surface area of the other
students shape. In order to get credit for this assignment you must
show all work for how you found the surface area and area of your
own shape, and show all work for finding the area and surface area
of the other students shape.
