OverviewThe Leave Manager is an on-line study leave
application system that replaces the current study leave application process used by the Postgraduate Centre.
The process is paperless, all electronic communications are fully automated.
You can track the approval of your trainees applications throughout.
An approval sequence of 1 (Rota Co-ordinator) 2 (Ed Sup) 3 (Post Grad) is set up by the administrator
The Trainees’ View Personal Details - update your contact details /
password etc
Leave Application - apply for study leave Leave Entitlement - check how many study leave
days you have left
Leave Manager - check your study leave history and track the approval
Trust Wide Applications – check if any of your colleagues are away at the same time
Activating Your Account You will receive your
account details by email.The first time you log in,
you will need to activate your account.
On the front page of the Leave Manager site click ‘activate’.
Enter your email address.Enter your PIN. Create and confirm a
password.And click ‘activate’.
Logging InOn the front page of the
Leave Manager site click ‘log on’.
Enter your email address.
Enter your PIN. Enter your password.And click ‘sign-in’.Enter your email
address. And click ‘password
reminder’.
