1. Pre-Challenge - 100% / 1,492 people
2. Challenge Period
3. 5 weeks post-challenge survey – 43% / 648 people
4. 3 months post-challenge survey – 31% / 458 people
Pre - 12 month Cycling
• 252 people who had not cycled in the last year!
• Most aged 25-54
• 57% male & 43% female (Most ‘New’ cyclists are women)
• 85% ’New’ still cycling 3 months After
• 36% ’New’ cycling ‘Occasionally’ - 22% ‘Regularly’
• 47% ‘Occasional’ cycling ‘Regularly’ After
• 73,368 miles (3 x World)
• 8,465 cycling trips
• 70% for transport

• 14,175 kilograms less CO2
• 650 pounds of fat
