Implementing a Decision Support System for the Sierra Nevada to Monitor, Report, and Forecast Ecological Conditions.
Analyzed the impacts of declining snowpack to wild fire occurrences in the Sierra Nevada.
Modeled the future spread of the Whitebark pine tree along the Pacific Crest Trail within Inyo and Sierra National Forests, CA
Measured spectra and classified Perennial Pepperweed extent within the South Bay Alviso Salt Ponds and created a habitat suitability model to predict future spread.
Studied the effects of fire suppression on mountain pine beetle infestations within Washington State Forests.
Investigated fluctuations of particulate matter measurements using the NASA MODIS instrument within California State.
